From my very first interaction to the cleaners showing up at my house to coming home when they were finished was an incredibly positive experience. The online form makes the initial contact super easy and accessible. I was able to fill it out to let them know my cleaning needs, then was contacted via email to schedule the first cleaning and ask any additional questions I had.
The office staff were very friendly and responsive. I never had to wait long to get my questions answered. The cleaning staff was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and their work is impeccable. It's such a treat to come home from work to a clean house. They were very thorough and exceeded all my expectations. I highly, highly recommend Rocky Mountain Cleaning for any of your cleaning needs!

Rocky Mountain Cleaning did an incredibly thorough job for my move out cleaning! I am beyond impressed with how great the place looks--from every single corner of the house, to the stoves, refrigerator, cupboards.everything. They covered it all in a very reasonable amount of time. They were professional, on time, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this business!

We used Rocky Mountain Cleaning for a post-remodel clean. They arrived right on time, were very professional, friendly and efficient. They wore masks the entire time. Cleaners come on time, house is EXTREMELY clean, they bring their own equipment and products. Seem to keep on schedule well. For the first couple of weeks, there was a small delay in invoicing and communications, but now invoices come right after each cleaning and there is also a feedback app. Prices seem very reasonable and quality is better than I expected. I like the company.

This company was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Ivan was lovely the entire time with communication and customer service. The ladies who cleaned my house were absolutely wonderful and walking in it felt like my home was brand new. The focus on detail of little and big things was amazing. Rocky Mountain Cleaning was extremely easy to work with. Ivan is flexible and has amazing teams working for him. They are efficient and finish in less time doing a more thorough job than my last company experience. The two women listened extremely well to my requests and followed through with using only non-toxic products, no water on the wood floor and everything sparkled when they were finished. Highly recommended them.

I've done my own housecleaning all my life, so was a bit anxious about having a professional cleaning service do it. The two ladies who came from Rocky Mountain Cleaning did an excellent job, as good and even better than I have. They were thorough, professional, cheerful, and kind. Ivan is easy to reach by phone and email. We plan to continue with them, and are happy to recommend them to our friends.
