A New View

I was impressed with the courtesy of covering their shoes when they came in to our home.

This is the second year we've used A new View to do our windows-and it won't be the last. They are timely, responsible, do a thorough job and charge a fair price. What more can you ask for!

David, Garrett and Wayne did a great job cleaning the windows and screens. They were courteous and respectful of our property. Love this company, we're on a 2x a year schedule with once a year being a full service inside/out and screen cleaning.the other being just outside. This past Saturday Trey, Will and Jevon were our technicians and they did a fabulous job. They were a good mix of professional and friendly. Wow! Windows were so clear I though they had left them open. The team arrived on time, were friendly & worked efficiently. They were very thorough and respectful of all items near windows. They carefully removed, cleaned and replaced my screens. Since it rained all night the day after they cleaned my windows, I contacted them to do a spot check after the rain had stopped.

They came out promptly and checked thoroughly for any possible water spots and cleaned my skylights again. Very impressed! - I have arranged for A New View to clean my windows on a f regular basis.

A new view does a great job of cleaning all of our outside windows. They are on time and professional and clean up after themselves. They always put back the basement window grates after they clean the basement windows in the window wells. I would definitely recommend them for any services they provide especially window cleaning. Window cleaning is never fun and as we age it only gets worse, a new view is an affordable way to keep your windows clean.

They called to confirm appt twice, and actually came early. They were very considerate in moving plants and furniture inside. The were very good at explaining what and why they did what they did, especially the "low-e" coating failure, and the use of filtered ionized water to prevent spotting. We were vey happy with the service, and recommend them to anyone.

The only 5 star part, was Trey. He was PROMPT, friendly, hard working, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. I'll give him a 10! The other person who was to help didn't show up for work. Same situation last time. When I made the appointment, I was quoted a definite price based on their records of our windows and what I wanted cleaned.

It came to a hundred dollars more. When Trey got here to do the job (alone and not his fault), he said it included the basement but the three two-story family room windows were extra and so was all the screens. It took Trey 4 hours when it was scheduled for 2! All because some selfish person didn't have his back. Perhaps the pricing situation wasn't clearly explained to him or the office quoted me incorrectly but just beware when hiring for a job to be done.

At least Trey did a fantastic job and he took his time. Good for him for showing up! He said he still had 3 jobs left that day and would be late to those. I sure hope those people didn't get upset with him. They didn't know the backstory. I'm sure I will give this company another chance. Things happen in business and that doesn't mean I will blacklist them. I don't do that. I hope anyone who reads this will give them a chance anyway.

A New View cleaned my windows yesterday and did a great job as always! I really appreciate the way the team took gentle care of my screens which have been temperamental in the past. They referred to their notes and prior experience with my house and worked with me to make sure everything was right before they left. Great work and kudos to the great customer service of the New View Window Cleaning team!

Very solid work on an older house with extra storm windows and terrible screens, and where the gutters hadn't been cleaned in ages. They simplify home maintenance for me. I've had my windows and gutters cleaned a couple times now, and have set up a recurring appointment. I get an email several weeks ahead of the preset day where it's easy to make a change, as well as a reminder call the day before.

Very professional and quick! They were able to fit me in for an exterior only cleaning with short notice. My windows are spotless! I will continue to use their services and would recommend them to all! Thank you so much!

The windows they decided they could clean were beautiful. I was really disappointed they missed 3 windows on the N side of our home. Honestly I think they ran out of time and quit early- even though they charged me the full rate. When I expressed dissatisfaction they said it was a safety issue. Still doesn't really explain why they charged me the same rate as doing all the windows.

I won't use them again. They would be fine if you have a new house with new windows. Not recommended for old homes Update- Hey Dan, I have an email chain regarding this that I believe you were copied on dated 6/15/18. Greg G responded saying it was a safety issue taking down old storm windows and it says I wasn't charged for those windows although I am fairly sure I paid what was originally quoted. (It's been awhile).

I offered to pay more to have you come finish but I didn't get a response. It's ok- I found another cleaner. Thanks for responding after the Yelp review. I stand by my review, but the windows you washed I'd give 5 stars.

I've had mixed results. The first few times were good but the last time they arrived two hours late (I had to call them to see what was up). They left the hoses hooked up, and the screens and sills dirty. I talked to the owner who I felt was pretty defensive. They gave me one time to come out and finish. It didn't work for me and I was not offered another time.

He also said I had fogging on several window. We know which they are, but he says that no matter what window I reference. He also said they would come in the spring for 1/2 price which is a good faith effort. I think following through on that and offering a time would be good business

The team at A New View did an excellent job on our windows and screens. They were prompt, friendly and got right to work. The price was very responsible and we couldn't have been happier. As we were having a wedding at our home, the scheduler worked to find a day that would work for us. They also called the day before to confirm the appointment. I would highly recommend this company. Prompt, professional, and friendly crew. The windows and screens have never looked better. We will schedule A New View Window Cleaning to clean our windows several times a year. The price was very fair compared to other contractors we have used in the past.

I was contacted by the owner last week- over 7 months since I posted, offered a credit. I emailed him back without a response. We shall see if he follows through on his offer.

We just moved into a new house and our window wells were pretty bad. I contacted a new view and they were prompt on getting us a date and time setup. They were upfront about the costs and worked with us to meet our $80 residential minimum.

Great Service. They gave me proposal which was very fair. Then when they arrived (a bit early which was great) they walked through the house and I made changes to what was proposed. They had no problem with that and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is one of the best services I have experienced in a while. They were right on time, professional, fast, and the windows. Wow. They are so spotless I can't even believe it. Their prices are reasonable and fair, and I really appreciate the work they did.

Contacted these guys to take care of mother-in-law's windows. Reports from her we fabulous. They were fast, efficient, and courteous, doing in a few hours what would have taken her days. Quality work at a good price. Will be calling them, again, in the spring.

Called these guys, spoke to the owner of the company and gave me an appointment a week out. I admit, my windows were filthy. Very professional- respectful of my home, wore booties over their shoes (not that they needed to), reviewed bid with me before work started, and did everything right. Great job on the windows and screens! I would not hesitate to recommend these guys.
