After having my carpets cleaned by A-OK for several years, I can find nothing to say except that they do an amazing job, show up when they are supposed to, remove spots that should still be there and handle all aspects of their business with professionalism and courtesy. Their customer service is an example of what we should be able to expect from everyone we do business with locally, but that we seldom find. GREAT JOB ALWAYS!

Caleb was our cleaning technician today. He was very kind and helpful, and so sweet to my kids while they bombarded him with questions and stories! He got my carpets as clean as physically possible and they look great! He helped me move my couch and pick up the debris hidden behind it. Pricing is very fair and he was in and out in about an hour and a half. 10/10

We have three pets, two cats and a dog, who have all at different times urinated in the house. Weve cleaned it up ourselves over the years with varying degrees of success but the recent soaking of two antique chairs was beyond our skills or patience. This team saved the chairs (and probably the cats life!). They also cleaned two carpets that had been repeatedly soiled and now look brand-new. Highly recommend.

Mike & Sara = The Pros Pros! Highest quality service, personal interaction and cleanest carpets I've ever seen. Cleaning company several years ago said, "these stains won't come out." Didn't even expect it was a possibility and it was not talked about this go around. Alas, Chem Dry got the stains out. My carpets were done about 3 hours ago, and they are pretty much dry, never looked or smelled better. No water buildup causing bacteria and mildew. Don't go anywhere else, Chem Dry is the bomb bomb!

A-OK Chem-Dry has cleaned my carpets( even cleaned my couch ) over the years. Before I found them I had tried several others. Their integrity and workmanship is far above others. I love their mode of cleaning. They are so thorough and the carpets look and smell brand new. I highly recommend them! Great job for a great price!

Excellent! Very professional, arrived early. I showed them the areas I wanted cleaned, Sarah measured it out and gave me the price and they went right to work! My carpets look and smell great! Mike Elder was a champion! I didn't think there was any hope for our family room as we were already planning to replace with hard surface, but MAN! He was able to get us a lot more time from it! He "RELEASED" the dirt, the dander, and brightened it back up really well! The rest of the house looks and feels amazing. I felt like he cleaned our floors like they were his own. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who asks!

Great experience. Appointment scheduled within 2 days, great communication, on time, and of course excellent quality. The carpet was very clean but was also dry within 2 HOURS! We use them annually to get our carpets cleaned and have always had a great experience. They are very pet-friendly too! I very highly recommend this company.

We had "The Pet Disaster" occur in our Master bedroom when our daughter moved back home with her two dogs. Our room became the center of a territory war of urine. I thought there was no hope of removing the odor. Mike and Sarah spent hours working on the carpet. Amazingly, no odor! Thank you for a restored carpet whose odor no longer keeps me awake at night!
