Our family purchased a gorgeous Christmas tree from Big M's lot on Arapahoe and 28th in the Safeway parking lot. They had a beautiful assortment of fresh trees to choose from, and they were kind, helpful, and did a perfect job of trimming and getting the tree tied to our car! The kids loved the candy canes!

Great company to use for ALL kinds of services. My carpets always look like new when they clean them! They do everything from Carpets, Cleaning, Landscaping, Fencing, Water Restoration and the list goes on. They are a family oriented company which is what I love, they make you feel like part of the family and will go above and beyond for you not to mention they are dependable, kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. Also check them out during their Christmas Tree Lot season, they have such beautiful trees to pick from!

Not a great experience. I had asked them to plow my drive and all they did was barely scrape off the top and compacted it into ice. Days later it still hasn't melted. Charged almost $100 for about 10 mins of work. Previously they had done carpet cleaning for us and the carpets were really wet when they left and looked no better than before once they had dried.

We just used Big M for our son's apartment in Boulder and my wife inspected it afterwards. As picky as we both are, this company did a great job for us. We did not need carpet cleaning but everything else we did when our CU student moved out. Lotus had a long list of things to be done and these guys did a superb job. Would definitely recommend them. The day before we were to move into our house, I went in and the carpets were a mess from the painters. At 9 AM I called Larry and by noon Vince was there and when he was done the carpets were clean and the paint and grease left by the painters was GONE! This is the second time these boys have done work for our family. I have the utmost appreciation for them.
They are sweet, yet professional and when they say they will do the job right you can take that to the bank. Vince gave me a price and when he was done that was the price. Now we used to own a carpet cleaning company and I can tell you he went way above and beyond on this job. I would recommend you call this family first for any job they do, They CARE. I was ready to cry there was such a mess in my house, Vince assured me it would be ok and it WAS. Love this family!
