Stretched my carpet and was honest about the quality. It looked amazing. Told us we couldnt do the upstairs stretching because it was in a bad place. At least he was honest. Floor cleaning came out amazing and clean. A few stains he wasnt able to get out. Not at all worried. Good deal and honesty. Friendly and hardworking. Yup, worth every penny!

Very impressed with Steve's carpet cleaning! The communication was incredible. I had a more challenging rug to clean and I felt like they were extremely honest with me about the quality they could provide and what I should expect. They exceeded expectations! I've used Steve's before! They've always been great, kind and more than professional. I had a stain on my carpet today. It ended up not needing to be treated. They were more than happy to come out and not irritated by my choice to not get the treatment. I didn't feel pressured whatsoever to pay for anything and will definitely be using this company in the future.

He and his co-worker were friendly, yet professional and did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets, with great attention to detail and potential hard to remove spots.
