I have used a large carpet cleaning company for years but they were not able to schedule me in time. I chose to go with Chris based on the reviews I read. He was booked 2 weeks out but came out on a Labor Day to clean my carpets so that I could get my house on the market. He was fantastic. He is professional, thorough, personable, reasonably priced, and my carpets look great. I highly recommend him! I will definitely use him again.

Altitude Carpet Care is a trustworthy, efficient, and reliable. Booking with Chris took less than 2 minutes, he arrived early, and he did an amazing job. He was even able to remove a stain I thought there was no hope for. He explained his process to me, advised me on how to care for my carpet in between cleanings, and was just an all-around awesome person with work with.

Chris has been out carpet cleaner since we moved to our home a few years ago. As noted in my first review, he is so professional and does amazing work! You won't find anyone better to clean your carpets!

We have had our carpets cleaned by other companies before, and they did a decent job. Altitude Carpet Care was amazing. They took extra care to protect the walls and corners throughout the house, and the carpets (inexpensive and old) look brand new! He also cleaned a wool area rug and our upholstered kitchen chairs. They all look perfect. I can not speak highly enough. I don't review companies often, but I jumped online the minute he left to rave. You will not be disappointed in their work.

I called on a Tuesday for a quote, and they were able to squeeze me in the following day, and the total ended up being less than the quote. Super friendly honest service. My carpets look and feel awesome, couldn't be happier.

I discovered Chris at Altitude Carpet Care through his excellent reviews on Yelp. He has cleaned my carpet twice, and I have been quite pleased both times. Not only does he do a great job, he returns calls promptly and he arrives when he says he will. I have used many different carpet cleaners in my 25+ years in Boulder County. Chris is now my go-to guy!

This is grossly overdue to my embarrassment, Chris delivered as promised (Dec, 2015), did not "upgrade" his services and made my carpet look brand new. I have done the Living Social promos and became familiar the up charge BS that is common with such promos. Chris gave me a estimate based on the description I gave him over the phone and after he accessed it in person, bumped up the the price TEN bucks! Okay, let me rephrase that, $10.00 - that is unheard of!

Most BS contractors make it the "sky-is-the-limit" once they are at the location and previous "email deal" a cleaning rep wanted to up charge $100.00. Background, I rent the lower part of my house out and there are three dogs on the premises. Chris ROCKED! Like new carpet and I felt very comfortable and safe letting him in my house. After ten years in our house and two kids, we were overdue for a cleaning on our upstairs carpets. After looking around and getting some recommendations, we settled on Altitude and we're glad we did. Not much to say, other than Chris was on time, and did an awesome job on our carpets. Very happy customers here. I selected Altitude based on the reviews here on Yelp. Chris arrived on time and proceeded to slay carpet soil. Seriously, the stairs are super clean too. I wear black socks, so that is no small feat. 5 of 5 would call again.

I gave Chris a call as I was moving out of my small, one-bedroom apartment. I had the appointment booked minutes later with a reasonable quote. The day before, Chris made a courtesy call to confirm, which was greatly appreciated. On the day of the service, I pulled up to my old place, ready to wait. I had just dealt with the hassle of movers and had grown to expect long service delays.

When I got a text from Chris letting me know that he was delayed by a "few minutes, " I mentally prepared for an even longer wait. And then. 3 minutes past my appointment time. there he was. He was literally delayed by a few minutes. Even I am not that accurate with my assessments of a "few minutes." Granted, it's a shame that I am so accustomed to being lied to by service workers that I'm shocked at honesty.

But this is the world we live in, and Chris is a seriously straight forward guy. (And meticulous.) Chris evaluated the space and finalized the paperwork/price with me in minutes. He made the whole process so easy that I was back to work an hour sooner than anticipated. All around, Chris was easy to work with and I highly recommend him!
