Scheduling was super easy. Communicating changes was super easy. Was able to do it through text which works great for me. The quality of the cleaning was excellent and they sent pictures throughout the process. My kitchen was especially in need of a deep cleaning and they made it look like new. Hate2clean Maid Service is an awesome service to use! They helped me clean my apartment for move out. Everything was completely remote, but super helpful and informative. It was surprisingly easy moving to different cities. They made sure to keep me updated and were very clear on expectations for cleaning day. They even kept sending progress pictures which was a nice touch!
There were no hidden fees and everything was up front. Their cleaning actually went above and beyond what I expected! They deep cleaned all of the bathtubs, appliances, inside the oven, laundry room and more. I couldn't be happier with the service, Hate2Clean Maid was great!

I had a really rude experience trying to schedule these cleaners over the phone they insisted that my credit card did not have enough numbers and I had to text them a picture of my credit card number and that was the only way to pay. When I asked to verify what would happen to that picture of my credit card they said a supervisor would know that and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they said one would be contacting me as soon as possible and then I never heard from anyone ever again.
I would not trust these people in my home. Update response time from supervisor- at least two business days, still have not been contacted Response time on my Google review- 30 minutes though glad to see they have their priorities straight. After reading that they would reply to my Google review and still not contact me back regarding my cleaning appointment I made another appointment with Maid Brigade they were very professional, much cheaper, and processed my payment over the phone with no problems

AMAZING! I randomly saw the Hate2Clean car while driving, and was looking for a cleaning service so decided to look them up. First thing I noticed were the wonderful reviews, so I went ahead and booked an appointment. WOW am I happy I did this! From the initial call I was hooked. Customer service was amazing and so friendly. Chris and Robin exceeded my expectations. My apt has never been this clean. Thank you SO much Hate2Clean team! Already looking forward to next time :

I used hate2clean to do my apartment move-out cleaning, and man I am so glad I did! The last thing you want to do after exhausting yourself moving is scrub an apartment from top to bottom! Honeslty I should have had them do my new apartment before I moved into it as well! The team who came out were great! They communicated when they were nearby and were friendly and upbeat.
I was not there for the cleaning, so they left my key in the designated place when they left. Plus they sent photos of the finished apartment (proof!). I'd recommend this service to others, and intend on using it again myself!

Great service! My SO had to go out of town unexpectedly as we were finishing our move, so the thought of finishing the packing and moving AND THEN also having to clean after? That was a big NO THANK YOU from me. A friend reminded me that I could hire move out cleaners (oh yeah!) which led me to google reviews to see what they had, especially since I was literally reaching out Friday afternoon to hopefully get someone for Monday.
I received an emailing letting me know they could absolutely fit me in on Monday and I was able to call just in time to confirm! I cannot explain my relief at how they were able to get back to me so quickly and it made the rest of my weekend way less stressful than originally expected. On Monday, their communication was excellent! I was not going to be there, so they worked with our front office to get in, cleaned so well(!), and sent me pictures when they were done! A++ highly recommend, particularly for move out services, but with their communication and service, I am guessing all of their services are A+!

Hate2Clean is an amazing company that keeps my home sparkling! I've been fortunate enough to have been home a few times to meet my two amazing cleaners, Alyssa and Barry.
