Naturalcare Cleaning Service

I have dealt with many cleaning services in the past but Naturalcare is by far the "all around best" I have ever had, therefore I would recommend them for several reasons: #1: They do not use harmful chemicals, #2: They work in a very timely manner, #3: The level of cleanliness is CLASS A, #4: The staff was a joy to be around.

They all did a great job and they were all so nice and helpful as well. After all the problems with this illness it is so absolutely refreshing to be able to have services available like your own.

I have been using their services since a while now. They started off great which is why I kept hiring them. But since past few cleanings, there have always been some or the other issue. Either their system does not update the date and time of service(which was rectified by one of the staff) or the staff will forget to change the time. And the lame excuse I get is- "I forgot to change the time on the account".

Also one of the cleaner (Emilio) will just fail to understand the instructions. When I am telling her, she is happily nodding her head off but clearly, nothing is done. I am not someone who likes to follow them around checking their work and probably this is why they are slacking. Today will be the last time I use their service only because I need it. I had asked for morning slot and as usual the staff did not update the change of time so here I am waiting for them to come now in the afternoon. Very disappointed.

I've had them clean my 750sqft apartment 3 times now. I am always happy with the finished product & especially appreciate the attention to detail! Shower walls, appliances and shelves are always clean. I have a dog and a cat who both shed and after they've been here, I can't see any hair! I also REALLY appreciate the texting service and level of communication they have. They work well with the leasing office to get access to my unit when I am not home. Awesome work

Very happy with the cleaning they did! You could tell they have a great eye for detail and helped us tidy our mess as well as clean the dirt and dust.

$450 to clean an empty house. Hilarious! Baseboards not clean, AC intake dusty, floor not cleaned correctly. I mean, it is an empty house, how difficult is it? They will come back to clean. but do you want these people to come back when they were not able to clean correctly a 100% empty house. To clean an empty house, you just have to open your eyes and clean. In now days, even a pro cleaning company can not clean correctly. Hilarious, not funny.

I worked for them a few times and enjoyed myself they make sure every home they enter by the time they leave your expectations are blown away they do 110% and some. They have low prices and discounts on their website too. Give them a try and you will be glad you did.

Naturalcare cleaning did a great job on my move out cleaning service. I was very impressed with the final results - they were able to get the place cleaned much better than I could have done myself. They were communicative both before and during the cleaning and followed Covid safety procedures. Overall, a great experience.

I needed a deep clean of my home. The ladies showed up on time and went to work. They were super quiet and worked hard for hours. I like that they use natural products. My home was clean when they were done, but it didn't smell like all those cleaning chemicals. It was just "clean". The deep clean includes wiping door frames and baseboards etc. they did that well.

I did, however, find just a few spots that maybe could have been wiped a bit better, but it was not a lot. I left that note on my good review. They called back and said that they wanted to fix it. I told them it wasn't a super big deal, but they insisted to fix it. So they came back very timely and refreshed two rooms fully. They were very professional both times. They listened to my instructions. They remembered from their notes that I do not like other vacuums in my house. They are top notch!

I had a deep cleaning and I was very pleased with their work. I live a pretty organic lifestyle and I'm not a fan of harsh chemicals, so I was seeking a company that used safe chemicals. The quality of the work was excellent. They are pretty meticulous. Days later, I found nothing to complain about. I look forward to continuing their service.

We were moving our son into his grandfather's condo that had been rented for years. The renter left the place a PIGSTY, and we sought professional help in cleaning it. Thank heavens we hired Naturalcare Cleaning Company! They responded to our inquiry almost instantly, made an appointment in the next two days (even though that was right after Christmas), and sent a team of three professionals to do the job.

The workers were fully-equipped, competent and professional, not to mention very polite and well-spoken. Most importantly, however, they WORKED. When the job proved even larger than they had counted on, they called to give us the option of finishing it a slightly higher cost. And it was so worth it. The people worked like Trojans, spending at least 8 hours cleaning from top to bottom, and truly salvaging the condo as a residence. Well done Naturalcare! I will tell everyone who is interested that yours is a great service.

Angela and Cynthia provided excellent service when they worked a move in cleaning on my 1850 ft sq home. They notified me when they were on their way, arrived at the scheduled time, and finished within the estimated time as well. The house smelled clean, the floors were pristine, oven looked great, bathrooms sparkled, and any possible dusty surfaces (like ceiling fans) were spotless which is important to me because of the dust allergies my family has. If available, request this hardworking team.

I was in need for a local company to help me clean my floors and baseboard after I completed a renovation in my backyard. I have dogs, so my floors and baseboards were in need of some major help! Our floors were in much need of a deep cleaning! I called Naturalcare Cleaning Service and they were available right away! Not only were they accommodating to my schedule, they made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process!

Their employees wore masks and gloves, kept their distance, made sure we felt comfortable with everything, and they were so nice and considerate! My baseboards and floors have not looked this good in so long! I definitely recommend Naturalcare Cleaning Service for ANY of your cleaning needs!

I had Naturalcare come in and do a deep cleaning before the holidays. They did such a splendid job that I am now a regular customer. I love the fact that their products are non-toxic, not the usual harsh chemicals. The deep cleaning was done by Juliet and Luis, and the regular cleaning service was provided by Jasmine and Anjelica. All were efficient, friendly and thorough.

I will remain a committed customer./ UPDATE: After months of service I am still THRILLED with Naturalcare! The office staff is responsive and so easy to work with. We have had outstanding service from everyone who has cleaned our home. We specifically requested that Kaylee be assigned to us, as she goes above and beyond to insure that everything is to our satisfaction.

This housekeeping service has a very respectable owner. About 1 month ago, my girlfriend booked this service based off of the highly rated reviews that were given on Google and on here, Yelp. She thought she had done the best she could by researching companies with high ratings. We weren't left too pleased. After the 1st cleaning wasn't exactly what we expected for the $140+ cost for our 2 bedroom apartment, we reached out to management.

They replied that that understood & would be sending out another cleaning crew to make sure the cleaning that we paid for, was accomplished appropriately. They sent out another cleaning crew. The problem is that this cleaning crew actually did a worse job than the 1st one did. We promptly reached out to management with our concerns, once again, and awaited a response.

That did not happen. After notifying management on 10/22 & not hearing back by 11/5, I decided to leave a public review on Google & here, on Yelp. The review was very negative. Immediately the owner reached out. He was very nice and genuinely seemed to way to rectify the situation, not just repair the review status. He refunded the money we paid & apologized, even offered explanations for each step of the process that was done in a fashion less than expected.

My original review was categorized much lower than this one. The owner, Chad, is the reason I edited this review and increased the rating. I don't have plans to book them for another cleaning, but I appreciate the fact that he reached out to remedy the situation. That says a lot about the owner. Had he offered to clean a 3rd time instead of refunding, I would have given him the chance. I'm not mad & now appreciate his customer service.

I've used Naturalcare for over a year now and I love them. The managers are very responsive & ensure a great clean every time. But Sam & Brittany were my most recent cleaners and they did an AMAZING job! Not to mention, they managed to get my house spotless while playing with my 2 Goldens (can you say SHEDDING!) They were awesome and my house looks great! Plus, I've gotten several neighbors hooked on them too.

I had a great first experience with this service! Our cleaners, Jasmine and Angelica, did a great job focusing on the areas that we requested. I was very impressed with how sparkling clean our bathtub turned out! Would definitely use this service again. We did the deep clean and it took about 2 hours between the 2 of them to complete our apartment (800 square feet). It was also very easy to communicate with the office staff in a timely manner, so great job there too!
