Been using the homekeepers for about 3 years now and they have always been great. If there was ever any issue or modification I needed on our monthly cleaning they accommodated it. Could not recommend these ladies enough. They are professional and thorough. If you are looking for a new cleaning service or trying some out. give them a go. You won't regret it!

This was our first cleaning with Home Keepers and they are TOP notch, in my estimation! Everything is orderly, clean and looking good. They also followed up on a couple of requests in a timely fashion and communicated well.

I've been using the Home Keepers for several years until a few months ago when I had to stop the service for a while. I just started up again and I've missed them so much! They do a great job and will handle any special request with a smile. I've never had anything other than very minor complaints and when I brought those to their attention, they were quickly addressed. Good price and great service!

The staff are reliable and do a good job of cleaning our apartment. On occasion they miss an area, but when we make the team leader aware of the issue, it is corrected the next session and staff is pleasant and appropriate in their reaction. In addition, the women are careful in handling our belongings and, in over 6 years, have never damaged any of the many items they clear regularly. We highly recommend them!

I absolutely love having the Home Keepers. I haven't had to do any cleaning at all since they started cleaning my house. With my previous house cleaner, I had to spend a week each year spring cleaning to get the places they missed. Home Keepers takes care of places I didn't know I had and I get that week back! They've been very responsive to a couple of requests, and especially scheduling.

Their pricing is very reasonable given the quality and consistency they provide. They bring their own cleaning products and tools, so I don't even have to keep track of that. I highly recommend them!

The Home Keepers continue to delight and surprise me each week. They have been cleaning for me since 2006/ 2007 and believe me they never disappoint. Each week my house is cleaned to perfection and everything is shining. My current home was built in 2009 and it still look showroom new thanks to their expertise and hard work.

The Home Keepers provided a really thorough cleaning of a family member's townhouse. Communication, cost, and quality were all 5-star! We will use them again!

I began using Home Keepers in April 2016. At the time, I did a top-down cleaning in a very large space with Home Keepers and another company with branches all over Texas. They cleaned separate areas and of the two, Home Keepers were WAY better (we actually sent the other company home early they were so bad). This house required a massive amount of cleaning as it hadn't been cleaned in a year more or less. Laura and Julie always accommodate my scheduling needs. One very important thing to note is these women are trustworthy and that means a whole lot to me.

Update: Still 5 stars in my book! I needed to schedule a very last minute move out clean and Laura and her crew came through for me. I really appreciate their professional and thorough service!

Update: After seeing the photos of the poor cleaning job I recived the owner refunded 50% of my $. I'm raising my review 1 star for that reason, and 1 star because they were so nice and seemed really concerned about my issues.

Not the cheapest, but they did the best cleaning out of the services we tried. Try to find a deal on Angie's List or Groupon. You won't be disappointed.

I will always call The Homekeepers! They are very affordable and very friendly ladies in the office. I don't have a regular cleaning service, but they came to do a special occasion cleaning for me and I will always use them in the future. Very friendly ladies who detailed my home. I also heard they do free cleanings for cancer patients during treatment. I love companies who give back to the community like that. 5 stars for sure!!

I have been using the Home Keepers for a few months now and, while they do a decent job, I am not sure that they are worth the extra $$$. They have a set list of things that they will do (like many cleaning companies) and you cannot deviate from it. Furthermore, they have, on occasion, left the patio door unlocked (again, to be fair, I am on the 7th floor) and lights on. However, once I told them this, they corrected the problem immediately. Also, I am not sure that they clean under couch cushions - I have found crumbs there after they were there. However, they are very friendly and responsive and I do like that they offer a "Top to Bottom" clean that I may use every few months.

Also - they do not charge extra to use a credit car as some cleaning companies do. On the whole - they are as good as any other cleaning company (though a little more expensive). If you want to have specific things done, I guess that you would need to hire the person directly.

The Home Keepers is a great local cleaning company. They are very professional and always on time. We have been customers for at least 10 years and are always overly satisfied. We have a large lab and the ladies are comfortable being alone with him at the house. They come fully prepared with supplies and tools so you do not have to worry about setting anything out. Lauren and Julie are great to work with and always prompt in returning emails and calls.

I would highly recommend this company. They were professional and very efficient. With a newborn in our home this was truly the perfect gift from my husband. I plan on using their services on a regular basis.
