Allen was great with the service. He was very flexible and gave us the correct recommendation. He did a good job with the carpet. He was able to get rid of the black stains on the steps.

Super happy with them! Allen is always quick to respond, works around my schedule, and takes care of everything in my house. I fully trust him and we are now at the point where I can tell him when out of the house, what pieces of furniture and carpeting I need cleaned, and leave him my lockbox key to take care of the rest. And to top it off, he's able to remove any cat urine smell from the house! I foster kittens on occasion and there unfortunately is always an accident somewhere. But he cleans it all. I love coming home to a fresh smelling house. Thank you Allen!

Good communication. Price for two bedroom carpet of $250. Slightly higher price but do a pretty good job. Will use them again. BTW, Allen allowed me to post the photo of his high-tech truck - very good machine.

My mom's carpets hadn't really been cleaned in a long time. She must use a walker and wheelchair in her small condo and it wreaked havoc on the light carpet. Allen performed miracles. The machine he used made the carpets look remarkable!

Allen and his teammate were professional and courteous. They drove up in a carpet-cleaning truck that couldn't have been more than a month old. Shiny and new! They walked me through the procedure, and were very good at highlighting any potential issues. For example, before cleaning my sofa, which was covered in dog hair, he informed that he might not get to 100% but would do his best--well, it sure looked like 100% when he was done. Also, my carpet was loose in some spots and he warned me that the equipment could suck up the carpet a bit more, which was fine but I am glad he told me ahead of time. They use corner guards on all the walls and doors, so the long hoses won't damage anything as they snake throughout your house. Will use this company (and Allen) again.

I used Allen several years ago to clean my carpets. Since then, I removed most of my wall to wall carpet with the exception of my living room which has an off white carpet. (Probably one of the worst decorating decisions that I ever made.) I keep it clean but noticed the dinginess and spots on the carpet so I called Allen and he came that same day!

I thought at the time, if it doesn't come out clean enough, I will need to consider replacing it, but he did such a great job and it now looks brand new again! I appreciate the professionalism and promptness. I would highly recommend Hi Tech Steamer.

Unfortunately I haven't used hi tech yet, but I will! Allen was Very responsive and accommodating. We called last minute and he was willing to work with us. Turned out we had to cancel anyway. Feel bad for wasting his time when he was so gracious. Will definitely be calling back when things aren't so frantic.

Allen and Joe were awesome! They cleaned our floors, two rugs, a recliner, and an upholstered ottoman. Everything turned out amazing and they were so friendly and speedy. I'm thrilled.

We have 4 bedrooms with w2w carpeting (rest of house is hardwood thankfully). In spite of my vaccuming several times a week, our carpets were dirty, tons of cat fur, some stains. I contacted Hi Tech Steamer, and the owner, Allen, returned my inquiry very quickly. I sent is pics of the carpets and he went over what he thought he could do. He and his assistant showed up on time, full loaded truck.

They inspected each room, applied treatments to stains first. Then, cleaned like crazy! The carpets look almost new, and most of the stains are gone except the one he told he couldn't get out. We had so much cat fur deep in the carpeting that he had to clean the filter halfway through the cleaning. 1.5 hours later, voila, clean carpeting. I highly recommend Allen and his team!

I sent Allen a message as I was impressed with all his amazing reviews. I was debating between going with Hi Tech or one other company. He responded and said the information I gave him wasn't enough and I should give him a call. No answer, but I sent him a message and asked him to call me back at his earliest convenience. Once he gave me a call back I told him exactly what I had said in the message and asked him for the pricing.

He quoted me $165 and asked when I wanted to book the appointment. I mentioned that I was quoted a slightly lower price at another company ($150) and I was going to move forward with them. Then he very rudly mentioned how they wouldn't do as good of a job. Feeling awkward I just mentioned that I was just getting a few quotes for my grandmother and trying to keep in a budget.

He then said "Oh you don't care about your grandma". In shock I asked him to repeat himself (as maybe I didn't understand what he meant). He then said because I didn't want to pay an additional $15 I didn't care about my grandmother. So weird and extremely off putting. Wish he would have just given me the price over yelp so I didn't have to have that awkward interaction. I hung up immediately and will be going elsewhere with my business.
