Heavenly Touch first began operation in 1995. Heavenly Touch is a family owned business. We feel we have better control over the outcome and expectations of our customers. We started out with carpet cleaning and added upholstery cleaning following shortly. Most recently we have added tile and grout and area rug cleaning services.

In 2005, James Stephens, Founder and co-owner expanded into marble, granite, travertine and limestone restoration as well as decorative concrete services. It has been our goal to operate as efficiently as possible while exceeding all of our customer's expectations. Rod Bejar, co-owner, brother-in-law of James currently runs Heavenly Touch Carpets with his cousin Matthew. Together, Heavenly Touch can clean, restore and maintain most flooring options in homes.

James and his crew are amazingly hard workers. They are professional and really polite. I appreciate that James helps set expectation because of his years of experience. He will tell you the truth and explain why floors look they way they do and if things can be fixed. He's worked on my own floors and he's helped a charity that I volunteer at. James and crew did an awesome job on our old concrete floors. They look great and require minimal maintenance. Note that this doesn't hide imperfections, patches, etc and the look is industrial, but its a very cool way to finish the floors.
