Eileen Doughty grew up in the hospitality industry, parented by Inn Keepers who worked for and resided at several premier properties throughout Maine.
Dale Doughty
Vice-president
Responsible for new business development, commercial account management, sales and marketing, web site development. After earning a degree in Fire Science Dale continued his career with the Scarborough Fire Department while working as a trainee and later a Financial Consultant in the financial services industry. In 1998, after marrying Eileen he left the fire service and accepted a position as Finance Manager at Forest City Chevrolet.

A hugs thanks to Eileen and Cleaning Genies! Eileen has been so helpful in setting up my elderly father's home cleaning. I'm far away in Houston, and she has been a lifesaver getting it all set up. My Dad can be persnickety, and she and the girls have been so attentive to my Dad's needs! She is very responsive and professional and the cleaners do a great job too. I am honestly very disappointed in the cleaning job. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The fridge wasn't cleaned, there's dust in every closet/light fixture, and lastly the previous owners dog hair covered in the sun room. The ladies did not bring brooms or vacuums so how was the house cleaned? Also, this was an empty house! I would hate to see how they would have cleaned the house with furniture in it.
When messaging the owner she just responded that she was sorry to have let us down.you didn't let me down Eileen your company just charged me $150+ for cleaning what exactly? Use a different company.

Beware of using this cleaning service. This business has questionable business practices, they overcharge, and they don't keep business records (i.e. they supposedly didn't track any of their hours while at our house). Even so, they charged us nearly 10x what we normally pay to have our house cleaned (a mortgage payment!). As if we didn't feel as though we were robbed blind as-is, the work was sub-par at best.
My poor Mother-in-Law had to spend hours on her hands and knees cleaning all of our bathrooms AFTER these people cleaned our house. Beyond disappointing. Heed my advice and DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!
