Aaron at Moderne Rug cleaning went over and above what anyone could ask in helping me have new rugs delivered to them to be shortened. They did a wonderful job creating a serged edge that blends with the wool rug. They also were so helpful in and understanding in delays I had getting someone to be at the house on their delivery day to my town. I used Moderne for cleaning and binding rugs in and decided to try them with this project.

They did not disappoint! I have found all their services exceed expectations and they are so easy to work with. I highly recommend Moderned rug for cleaning, binding, serging and any of your rug needs.

I was told I needed to where a mask even though I am fully vaccinated. Turns out it's to protect some of their employees who have CHOSEN not to protect themselves by getting vaccinated. Nope. It's not my job to protect your choice. Bringing my business elsewhere.

We have used this place many times over the years for washing our Oriental Carpets. They do a great job and the prices are reasonable. They also did repair work on the carpets that was beautifully done and very reasonably priced.

Decent rug cleaning, but horrible customer service. I was charged an improper storage fee, and they were completely inflexible in making any adjustment. The way they dealt with this customer leads me to avoid this business, and to say -- stay away!
