At this point, I consider myself an expert in reviewing services of this nature. My husband and myself found ourselves in a position of vacating our beloved, 125+ year old home on short notice. The home had never been offered for public sale, and some of the areas of the house has debris we inherited that was as old as the house. After dealing with multiple service companies from antique appraisers to estate sale firms, that were all referrals, our call to Diane, based on "Googled reviews", turned out to be the best.
To say the project was a "challenge" is to put it lightly. We needed to prepare this old house, to turn over in "move in" condition, to the new owners in less than a month. In conjunction with a very good friend who helped expedite the project on site, Diane's company was honest, professional, expeditious, thorough and reasonable. I never met Diane as we already relocated a couple thousand miles away.
Unlike other firms who took advantage of the situation of owners not being on site, accepting money up front and not following through, Alpha Omega was the opposite. The end result was amazing and completed on time. This business is well run, goes the extra mile and can be trusted completely. Take it from someone who experienced it all. If you are in need of professional cleaning services, look no further!
