We hired SimpliHome to clean out our air ducts in our New Berlin home. They did a great job explaining the process from beginning to end. They even took a cool video showing all the debris being sucked into their vacuum. Really fascinating! We will recommend him to our family and friends and will have them come back to clean our dryer vent next year!

Patrick is the owner operator of this company and it shows. He was very friendly, professional and informative during all of our conversations. He was very conscious about asking about mask wearing and shoes in the house. Even though neither were a concern for us it was nice that he asked. Patrick was at the house for approximately 4 hours. He took pictures before and after, along with a full length video of the process within the vents.

Those were sent to us by the next day. I was shocked by what I saw in the vents and also how they looked brand new when he was done! I would highly recommend Simplihome to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

Patrick came out to clean our ducts today after we had some renovations done. He was on time, very courteous, did a great job of explaining what he was doing and was reasonably priced. Didn't try to upsell anything, actually we had scheduled to also have our ducts sanitized and he said it wasn't needed. I would definitely recommend him!
