We got our dryer vent cleaned and James did an amazing job. He was thorough and very helpful. Our system was more complicated and he took the time to walk me through what he was doing. Would definitely recommend!

I can not speak highly enough of the work and service James and his son gave to us. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. I had an unrelated issue to what I paid for and James pointed it out and gave me tips on how I could handle it on my own. Things like that outside of the regular work will definitely have me calling back for any other duct cleaning needs. Lastly, I know nothing about this type of stuff.

Usually when I have to call someone about something that I am lacking knowledge in I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. I didn't get that sense one bit from James and I'm very appreciative of his approach and most off all the clean air in my house!

James and his family crew were wonderful! Professional, expeditious, explained what they were doing and how, transparent about the whole process, and took thorough pictures to show before and after. I called James the day before inquiring about pricing and availability and he came the next day as we have a child with chronic lung disease and I had some concerns about a previous job done at our house roughly 3 years ago. I would recommend Totally Clean and look forward to working with them 3 to 5 years from now when I need my next air duct cleaning done! Great job!

I called about getting work done on Thursday.team was onsite Friday morning. Fast and excellent communication throughout. Top quality work. Explained the process thoroughly before, during and after; I could tell no shortcuts would be acceptable for them. Overall, a great experience. I really appreciate that. If you need work done, call them. Will be calling again, and referring, they earned my trust. Pricing was competitive as well.

Arriving on time. The ducts, vents and air returns cleaning work is really good. My only highlight is that they forgot to put back in place a couple of vents. James came in to clean my system. Had received remodeled second floor and kitchen in my house. So the system was pretty bad. He even gave me tips on air flow so I could better heat and cool my home. When he was all done he sealed my system up, showed before and after pictures and left. I was satisfied with the overall experience. Highly recommend using them.

I contacted Totally Clean to clean out dryer vent. The crew arrived right on schedule and was very thorough and knowledgeable. They pointed out some safety concerns Related to the dryer of which I was previously unaware. They did not try to upsell. I will definitely be using them again.

We had our heating vents, cold air returns, and main ducts all cleaned in our new home today. My husband and I got the Groupon deal and then added the other services since it really needed a thorough cleaning. It was well worth it and we are very pleased with the results!

We had our carpets cleaned yesterday and they did a great job. They did our whole house plus 2 large area rugs for under $250; and had it all done in just about an hour. I will definitely be calling them again.

Just had total clean come today and and am amazed at what they did. When I moved into this apartment it had some pretty significant stains, black and brown stains that had been there for years already. Every single stain is completely gone. Also, it's just one person who cleans the carpets so obviously I wouldn't him to move the furniture. At the end of the day the most important thing is clean carpets and that is exactly what I got. Would totally recommend.
