Dust and Mop did a great job. They arrived 10 minutes early got right to work. They were super professional, and were pretty chill about working around us and our dog as we came and went through the morning. After some issues with the initial deep clean, they sent someone out here to complete the work and she did an amazing job! Two weeks later, she came back out and did another fantastic job. I'm deducting one star due to the office operations. I've had to contact the office multiple times to try to get an invoice sent to me and then correct the amount on the invoice (the tip was calculated incorrectly).
They claim they follow up to see how the cleaning went but I have yet to hear from anyone and had to take the initiative to contact the office myself. I'm also having trouble with the link they sent and have contacted them for help. again. Still waiting. Either way, I'm happy with the cleaning so I will gladly bear with the slow response time.

On time, Heather was extremely professional and she did an amazing job. Previous cleaning services have been terrible. Our current cleaner Tahmea is great--very efficient and professional. The office staff is responsive and helpful whenever we've needed to change dates for our regular cleanings. We had a wonderful experience with Dust & Mop for our first deep cleaning! Tiffney, Amy & Chance all arrived on time and we're very kind and professional. They each delegated rooms and tasks which made for an efficient service, and worked well with each other. They were very accommodating of our curious dogs and our need to work from home while they were here. Thank you for a great first experience and atmosphere! Our house looks great!
