5-25 John and Zach were great today in cleaning our carpets. Both were courteous when they arrived and introduced themselves and went over the cleaning process of our carpets. These folks were great! Our dog unfortunately had an accident on the carpet in the worst way. the stain on the carpet was horrific to say the least. I called a few other folks, but this company seemed to offer the best compromise of price and availability. Needless to say, they did an amazing job getting the stain removed from the carpet. The staff were super helpful, professional and timely. We will definitely use them again in the future!

The team from Carpet Pro was prompt, fast, and professional. They took exquisite care to protect our furniture while navigating our spiral staircase to clean the upstairs Berber carpet. My husband and I were planning on replacing the berber next year, but it looks and smells as though we might be able to wait awhile. I'd highly recommend Carpet Pro to friends and family.

THE BEST EVER! Quick and easy appointment booking online and was scheduled within 3 days of request and I got to choose various days, I got to choose what I wanted done, a pre-statement of the details and cost was emailed to me, I received a reminder text the day before stating the time frame of his arrival the next day, I received another text when he was in route, and he arrived on time, he was very kind and professional and when he left, the carpet looked brand new with a very clean smell.
The carpet is 26 years old and it was so stained (we have 2 cats) that I was contemplating buying new carpet - not any more - I saved over $1,800 just by getting our carpets cleaned for only $252.00! This company had so many great reviews that I chose them over some we have used in the past and will continue to use them in the future - they are THE BEST EVER!

These guys are awesome. Needed a sofa and loveseat deep cleaned relatively quick and they were very responsive, reliable, and actually showed up earlier in the day than planned. They also did a fantastic cleaning job. The service wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend!

Zack & River were two very nice young man. The whole process was easy from the start. Both men came in and are very polite and professional. They get the job done well and ask questions about our preference in certain areas we have from the cleaning being done. I appreciate there feedback and asking in the end if I had any concerns. Huge thanks to Quentin and River for removing the cat pee odor from my walk in closet. They were professional and very friendly! Quentin informed me what they were going to do before the service and showed me pictures of what my carpet looked like. I'm 100% happy with this service and definitely recommend. We just bought anew home in Durham and noticed a moldy area on the carpet in a spare room and they did an awesome job of cleaning that area, deodorizing the room and cleaning an area rug. They were prompt and very respectful when they came into my home. The carpet looked amazing when they were done. The cleaners were very honest about what they could and could not clean. There was one area where my cat peed that still had a smell but I have to say that over time, the scent has faded. I am very pleased with them and will definitely recommend them.

Wow! Aiden and his team did a masterful job on our carpet - previous owner had dogs and some stains on carpet and they made them go away. Smell, hair, all of it gone. They were prompt, easy to talk to and professional. We opted for the works package and at the time I thought maybe it's a little expensive but it was completely worth it - especially if you have kids. Thanks Aiden and team!

We just used Carpet Pro Cleaners to clean the carpets in a 40,000 square foot assisted living community in Pittsboro. We needed them to come, at night, to limit the distraction with our residents. Not only did they come at night, they do a fantastic job for a very fair price. We'll happily use them again for our routine carpet maintenance in the building. Job well done!

We are so very impressed with Carpet Pro Cleaners! They cleaned the carpets of our entire house and did a patch job on some carpet that had been torn by pets. They were very professional and got the job done quickly while also being very careful with their work. They even swiffered where our carpets meet our wood floors so that there wouldn't be any slipping hazard.
We also greatly appreciate how they use green cleaners and the scent of their cleaners is an essential oil and not overpowering or artificial. We will definitely utilize their services in the future!

We had several issues; a spot where our cat kept using the bathroom and some deep ground in mud all the way down our hall - both on light carpet. They were great on the phone, and better in person. Pulled up the old carpet, cleaned both sides and replaced the pad. Here's hoping that cat stops going there! As for the mud stains, the carpet looks as good as when we moved in! The team was tidy, friendly, professional and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Carpet Pro Cleaners definitely gets 5 Stars--I needed my carpets stretched, and when I contacted them it was easy to schedule and to get an estimate. Their pricing was fair, with no hidden costs or surprises after the work was completed. The estimate I was given was what I paid, and they were able to complete all of the work in just a few hours. Their communication was also helpful, so I knew exactly what to expect and how to prepare the rooms needing attention.
The two guys who did the work were very careful with moving furniture and made sure all of the work was completed to my satisfaction, which it certainly was. I would definitely contact them again for any carpet-related work! Every company should be this dependable, efficient, and fair with their pricing!

My daughter needed the carpet in her apartment cleaned for move-out and the business that we had booked with backed out at the last minute. I looked on Yelp and Carpet Pro Cleaners was still open that same day and they already had a crew in Chapel Hill that day. The young lady who answered the phone was very nice and got our appointment made. We received text confirmation of the appointment and the crew called when they were on their way.
The two young men who came were very polite and worked fast to get the bedrooms and stairway done, all in an hour. I would definitely recommend them and will call them again when we need carpets cleaned in the future.

I love my kids, but dang they do make a mess. After they all moved out, we patched holes in walls (teenage boys + hormones / low impulse control = holes in walls), painted and everything looked great--but the carpet. We figured we were going to have to rip it out, but we'd used Carpet Pros before and were pleased, so we gave it a shot and were not disappointed. Years of makeup, art supplies, cheesy snacks, soda spills gone.
They couldn't get everything ( they are carpet cleaners, not magicians) but definitely saved us a lot of dough. Super polite, efficient, followed COVID protocols, answered all my questions. Will use them again for sure.

Booked to complete a carpet clean and end of tenancy clean. The results were amazing- the carpets looked like new, better even than when I moved in! I have two indoor cats and struggled to keep the carpets spotless, even with a Dyson, but they left them incredibly clean and fresh-smelling. Excellent results, great value, and really nice people to deal with- highly recommend

We were pleased with the work that Peter from Pro-Carpet Cleaning did for us recently. He was very pleasant, professional and helpful throughout. We intend to have him come back to clean our hall carpet soon and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else who needed upholstery or carpet cleaning done. Another 5 star review for Carpet Pro Cleaners. After living at my place for 5+ years, I decided it was probably a good idea to get my carpets professionally cleaned. I messaged Carpet Pro Cleaners for a quote off of Yelp and the owner Bryan responded within minutes on a Saturday and put me on the schedule for Tuesday. Bret & Kyle arrived on time (communicating with me via text about their planned arrival time as well) and completed the work quickly and they did a good job getting out all the hair and gunk out of my carpets!
I would definitely use them again. Just a note that if you do occupy the place like me and aren't moving in/moving out, they will move furniture for $5 per items except beds which aren't covered by their insurance policy (completely understandable). They did try to clean as much as they could around and under it which was appreciated.

Listen. they really helped me out in a pinch. I purchased a sofa on FB marketplace, and it had hella cat hair and dog hair on it (I'm allergic to cats- my mistake though, I should've asked if the seller had pets). But I obviously needed it cleaned ASAP. I called 3 other upholstery cleaning companies who stated I would have to wait til the weekend (Heck nah)!
After calling PCP, Bryan said he could get someone out same day- talk about someone who was too happy! Zack and Adam came and they were super pleasant and EXTREMELY thorough. The product they use has essential oils in them too (I chose lemongrass), so I was super happy about that. I will certainly call them again! I am definitely pleased with the work!

We used Carpet Pro Cleaners last year after searching for carpet cleaners who used environmentally friendly products. They did a great job cleaning all our carpet - including getting out various throw up stains in our nursery. Twin babies + severe reflux = nasty carpet. Our entire second level looked like it had new carpeting. Last month we got an email from them saying it had been a year since our clean and suggesting we refresh our carpets.
The reminder was super helpful and we booked another cleaning. Adam and Jimmy were right on a time. They cleaned two room, hallway, stairs, a sofa, loveseat and upholstered chair in just under two hours. They did an awesome job! They got all the stains out of our carpets and furniture. One thing to note - They leave the front door open during the cleaning, which is standard.
The weather was really mild, so it wasn't an issue, but something to consider when booking your cleaning. We did end up with some flies in our house, but they were all gone in about 48 hours.

I hired Carpet Pro Cleaners after reading all the great Yelp reviews. I moved into a carpeted townhouse last October. It is not a new house by any means and the carpet was already pretty beat. My two 50+-pound dogs haven't helped matters. My sister brought over a carpet shampoo thing, but that didn't even make a dent - so I decided it was time to have the professionals help out, and I hired CPC to clean the first floor carpets.
First off, they run a totally professional shop - great communications (e.g., email and text reminders). I also got a courtesy call letting me know that my crew was running a bit late because a prior job had taken longer than anticipated - no problem! The team got here - super-nice - and they knocked out the job in an amazingly short time. I came downstairs (I'd been holing up on the second floor with the dogs) and immediately regretted not having taken "before" pictures.
The difference in appearance (and odor) was nothing short of astonishing. Worth every penny. My lease won't run out for another year, so I'm sure I'll have them back a few times.

I decided I finally needed to get my carpets cleaned and loved that I found Carpet Pro on Yelp! Called Celeste and she was extremely thorough explaining their process and affordable pricing. She wasn't pushy and explained how amazing of a job they would do. Best part was that I was able to confirm appointment via text - which I loved since I was trying to do all of this the next day and didn't have time to get back on the phone again. Stacy arrived promptly on time and got the job done effectively and quickly too. Money so well worth spent.
