We have used Phoenix carpet cleaning for several years now. They always call right back to schedule appointments, call the day before with a time estimate, and are professional and very friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They also cleaned our couch and recently did some grout cleaning. We are happy with all the services we received so far. Highly recommend.

I've used this company a few times now and have been happy with each visit. I called them this morning after a pet accident on the carpet and they were at my house 1.5 hours later. Thank god! I recently used Phoenix to clean the carpets in my home and they did a great job. Bynum was very helpful and responsive in setting up the service and Austin and Jacob did a wonderful job on the carpet. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Phoenix. They were very professional, gave advance notice more than once about time frame for arrival, were forthcoming about which services would be beneficial and worth the expense and did a super bang up job on our upholstery and area rugs. Very professional from booking the appointment to the team that came to clean our carpets and rugs. Very responsive from the first call for a quote, got back to me immediately and answered all my questions. We had a wonderful experience with Bynum and Nate today! They were on time, explained the job, did a walk through first and efficient and very friendly. Oh and had mask on and ready to go. What I most was appreciative about was the attention to detail and also concern to be careful afterwards to not slip and allowing everything to dry. We are expecting in a couple weeks and they both stressed this. All our carpets look brand new and beautiful. Thank you guys and look forward to you coming back!

Phoenix has cleaned oriental rugs for us and most recently a couch. They fit me into their busy pre-holiday schedule on short notice, showed up on time, did a great job on the couch which now looks great instead of dingy. We moved into a home and wanted to replace our upstairs media room carpet but decided to see if cleaning it would make a difference. The two young men showed up on time and they were courteous. They were careful running a cleaning tube in our home. They also explained the drying process and how long it would take. Our carpet looks new and smells fresh and the cost didn't break our bank.
