I couldn't be more pleased with the service I just received from Neighborhood Carpet Care. I had multiple rooms and furniture done and they all look fantastic. My 32 year old Karastan looks brand new. Bart and Ceasar were extremely professional, prompt, proficient and caring. To top it off the price was less than originally quoted. Wish I had another home for them to do!!!

4/2/2020 - Ken with Neighborhood Carpet Care visited my home today and cleaned my carpet in a professional manner. Ken from Neighborhood Carpet Care did an amazing job cleaning the carpet, tile and linoleum in our office. Ken and crew showed up on time and worked nonstop to restore the flooring and carpet to its original condition. They were very professional and the cost was very reasonable. Ken the owner is a really nice guy! Super easy to communicate with both calls and texting. He came out right away cleaned our whole house and our dining room chairs everything looks great! He was even able to get stains out in our youngest childs room. that was a miracle in itself lol. Thank you Ken for saving us from having to replace our floors, you made our 22 year old carpets look new again!

We are so happy with the service provided by Ken and Neighborhood Carpet Care. We had their team clean our carpets after moving out, before renting out our property. Stains left years ago are now gone, and they were able to come quickly and get the job done right the first time! Ken and his team were very friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job for a fair price! We're so happy we went with them!

Ken is a real professional! He is prompt and thorough in his work. When he was done our carpets and couches looked brand new again. We had Ken clean our carpets for a rental home we were leaving. There were some pet stains and other normal stains on the rugs, but Ken was able to get them out. The house smelled very clean after the carpets were cleaned as well. Ken was very down to earth, friendly, and did an excellent job! I highly recommend Ken if you are leaving a rental and need your security deposit back. Ken is a professional and the real deal!
