Alan and TJ were extremely professional and showed up on time. The services we got were our carpet cleaning and tile grout cleaning. Tile grout cleaning was AMAZING but the carpet did not come out as I expected because I thought it would have looked brighter but I guess it's the time of carpet I have and color. 11/28/2021 Update for response to owner That would be great, but please call my husband to coordinate coming back out.

I contacted Absolute Kleen for a carpet cleaning service on a very short time crunch. Richard was able to accommodate my needs and I must say the outcome was fantastic. Richard was very professional and quick. I would say the entire process took about an hour for a 3 bed room house. As Richard was finishing the rooms he noted the carpet in each room (I had just purchased it) was loose and needed to be stretched and cut. He went out of his way to clean up some of the looser areas in the rooms stating "I can not leave with it looking like this." I would recommend them to anyone.

My carpets look fantastic. There were spots and matted areas and although it's very old carpet it looks much better. I had my carpets cleaned by sears a few years ago and they just didn't have the big deep cleaning machine so it was very superficial cleaning. Yes, it's a bit wetter with the deep clean but it will dry in a few hours. Looks great and the technician was friendly and thorough

Absolute Kleen saved my sanity! I called with my details about what I needed cleaned and I had a quote in writing within minutes. They came out to clean my carpet in 5 areas, and I couldn't be happier! It looks and smells amazing! I have 3 dogs and a cat and a dog door - you can imagine the mess they had made and after Absolute Kleen you can't even tell I have pets!
The personality of the staff made me feel so comfortable. Allen was our technician and he was so patient with us getting our things out of the way when we weren't quite ready. He is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be using them for all my carpet issues.

Only did an okay job. My house is 4 years old. I was hopefully the grout would look like new after spending almost $400 for grout cleaning but it definitely does not look like new. I would say the grout only looks slightly better once they were done. I wouldn't spend $400 again to have grout cleaned to have minimal improvement. They also missed a lot of spots.

Very professional service. They did a wonderful job cleaning 4+ room carpets, one being heavily soiled is now like new. We will definitely be using their services in the future, highly recommend. They scheduled us in a short time and were punctual and very helpful. The price was also very reasonable!

I contacted this company after a friend recommended to turn my rental property around quickly. First off, my tenant left it an absolute MESS! The carpets were filthy with pet dander/hair and the home was just filthy. In comes Absolute Kleen - the carpets were like new when they finished! The house was immaculate too! They worked past the hours expected to get the job done and even came in early the next morning for additional cleaning before my first showing.
I got two contracts to rent out at full price the first day! Perfection. Secondly, the owner (Richard) was a pleasure to deal with. He was prompt, attentive to detail, and very reasonably priced. What else could you ask for. Needless to say, I'm a Raving Fan! Don't hesitate to use - trust me.

I recently purchased a house and needed the bathroom tile floor cleaned, which I don't think anyone cleaned it in several years. Richard did a wonderful job and the floors look amazing! He also did a test spot on the white tile grout in my kitchen which was such a great improvement I will definitely be calling him to come out again and tackle the rest of the tile in the house.
