Spectacular job by Vitalii and Arsen today! They arrived early and were unbelievably thorough and courteous. They removed our AC and reinstalled it without a hitch. We're on the third floor of an industrial loft building. We have a set of heavy storm windows and a set of wood frame inner windows. In addition we have a heavy air conditioner. Cleaning the windows is something we always dread doing. But, Russell and his assistant Andrey did a fantastic job. First of all they removed the air conditioner. Then they removed the storm windows to clean and put back in place.

The windows look great. They left everything in perfect shape. And, above all they had such a great attitude. It's a pleasure to work with people who have such a positive outlook on their jobs. Russell and Andrey are a huge asset for their company and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

The team of three guys worked professionally. Very good equipment, no mess or anything. They even wear booties upon entering the apartment (it is very important for us to keep the floors clean). The work is done swiftly, very clean windows. 9 windows took them 1h15min, which I thought was very quick. All in all, very enjoyable experience.

I have had experience with other companies but they are not as good, less efficient and the pricing estimates are not always correct. Have you heard the expression "I dont do windows"? Its ok. this company will. We are on the 8th floor with 10' windows all over the office. First year I saw their truck on my block and decided to give them a call. I spoke to a girl who coordinated everything. She was very nice. Three gentlemen came in (on time!) and ready to go. They worked very quietly.

We forgot they were there. They moved everything and put it back in place. I call them every year (3rd year) for spring cleaning. In fact they are here now as i write this review. Highly recommend them!
