I was long overdue for a good cleaning. Lisa was super helpful and nice. My apartment looks brand new. I forgot how nice it is to be in a truly clean apartment. Very easy to book too! Will definitely use them again

The maids were very thorough. I called sort of last-minute because I needed my house cleaned and they squeezed me and really did a thorough clean. A lot more thorough than I expected. The price was fair and they didn't even upcharge for the last-minute nature of it.

I hired Maid Sailors to clean my two bedroom apartment in Manhattan. They sent Darryl and he did an excellent and thorough job, working diligently throughout his time cleaning. He was friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend Maid Sailors and I would definitely hire Darryl again. His attention to detail was really excellent.

I usually don't write reviews but I'm truly grateful for the thorough cleaning by Maria. My apartment was starting to look like a war zone in the midst of midterms. My roommate and I were both skeptical about hiring a cleaner at first because we've never done this before. We did a quick search and found them on Yelp. The booking process was quick and easy.

I've used Maid Sailors a few times. They were very easy to book and flexible about arrival times. The cleaners are thorough and thoughtful. They reorganized my shelves but I could still find everything It was so nice to come home to a clean and fresh-smelling house. Highly recommended!

We've used Maid Sailors in both Jackson Heights and Crown Heights, and been really happy with the service. Most recently in Brooklyn we had James clean our apartment. He arrived promptly, was very detail-oriented, and went above and beyond, doing the best to "make the apartment sparkle" (in his own words).

We will be calling Maid Sailors Cleaning for all our future apartment cleaning! We opted for the deep clean since our apartment needed it and Angela not only did an amazing job, but she was prompt, friendly, and wonderful with our dog! Loved the UV treatment and Angela was super communicative on when our dog could/couldn't be in the room when the UV light was in use.

First time getting a professional cleaning. Was really easy to book online and communicate with the company via text. Happy with the cleaning that was done, will definitely use this service again if not on a regularly scheduled basis. Monica arrived on time for my one bedroom, deep cleaning. My place had been neglected for years and she was able to have all my kitchen appliances shining, removing layers of grease from my stove as well as cleaning the hard to reach places in the bathroom. She was also friendly and accommodating to the fact that I needed to be home. In addition she wore her mask the entire time and never took a break. Thanks Monica!

Super thorough cleaning and the maid was very open to my requests with some furniture I had (don't touch it). Never had any problem using them over the past six months.

After our strange pandemic year I thought I'd treat my apartment to a deep clean with Maid Sailors. 4.5 hour of glorious scrubbing, dusting and washing from baseboards, oven to windows and blinds, every surface was wiped and sparkling. I really appreciated the effort of their domestic professional who whet to work right away and never stopped!

She was a dynamo even to taking the trash out to the basement dumpster. I insisted I do it, but she smiled and said, "Please let me. I'll drop it off on my way out." It was a great experience. My house is gleaming. It is basically 24 hours later, and I am still walking from room to room so thrilled at how shiny, clean, tidy and neat everything is. We are a very rowdy, messy family and I wanted the house to look beautiful for Christmas. Zulieka was amazing--Quiet, confident, hard-working, fast working, for the entire four hours. Very thorough cleaners here. So, I used them to clean my apartment before moving out because I wanted to get my security deposit back and know that I cannot clean that well. Well, mission accomplished - I got my security deposit back because the apartment looked brand new after moving out. I don't the landlord even had to clean it after I had it cleaned.

Things are done with superior cleaning tools and eco-friendly products. A good cleaning and they left with a nice aroma.

I had Porchee and she was amazing. She cleaned one bedroom apartment very well and within a reasonable time. She was truly kind. I paid upfront through the website and i had no surprise fees. After contacting their customer support and asking for info regarding the services offered I booked for my 1-Bedroom Apartment and had an added service for my stove which I wanted particular to be cleaned. Cynthia, who was the team member who came for the cleaning, not only arrived promptly but without much direction made my apartment sparkle well within the time that was booked. Cynthia also double-checked to make sure the cleaning was done to my satisfaction before wrapping up.

She provided advice on cleaning matters and suggestions and she added a few personal touches when she was putting things back while cleaning. My rooms were in pretty bad shape before their arrival and I was worried it's gonna cost me high. Thankfully they did a fabulous service at a reasonable price. Recommended!

The maids showed up on time with masks on and cleaned our house to a really high level of cleanness. Not much more to it than that they did a good job.

I had Marquita clean my 2 bedroom apartment and she did an amazing job. My bathroom feels especially brighter, and the entire apartment smells fresh and clean. She made sure to reach everything nook and cranny, without a single speck of dust to be found. My only gripe is the fixed price on a 2-bedroom unit. It did not take long to clean my whole apartment (New York apartments aren't very large). But otherwise, I am happy to hired Maid Sailors, especially Marquita.

Very helpful service. Staff are always professional, thorough, and courteous. Have used for a few years now, and prefer it to its competitors. Highly recommend.
