Our Cleaning Method is the Best- There is no question that Hot Water Extraction (HWE) sometimes referred to as "Steam Cleaning" gets your carpets and upholstery the cleanest.All the major carpet manufacturers (Shaw, Mohawk, Camelot, Stain-Master) not only recommend hot water extraction as the most effective way to clean their carpets but they require it to uphold their warranty! Hot water cleans deeper than shampooing and dry cleaning, which is only a surface cleaning. Since Hot Water Extraction cleans deep into the fibers it is much more effective at removing stains and odors. Also, dry cleaning can leave behind large amounts of residue. When performed properly, hot water extraction leaves your carpets virtually residue-free.

Worker came to house, was quoted $59 for 2 rooms, I wanted pet deodorizer and he said it would be more money, plus tax I ended up paying $120 And the rooms are actually in worse shape then before they came. Workers machine ripped a 12 hole in my carpet. Called customer service and they literally gave wrong numbers and the run around. Finally I was only allowed to text my complaints.
They responded by saying it was my fault the carpet tore. That my carpet was way too old and worn out. So basically eat sh@@! I will file a small claims case today The bottom line is, they came in with their machine didn't do the job I paid for. Then ripped my carpet. I had no issues before they came Now I have to replace my carpet Worker placed fan on rip in carpet so I would not notice it

Wow, I was so surprised with how fast they were able to come pick up our large area rug and cushions. They had everything back the very next day looking brand new! The price was great and the customer service was amazing. You guys go above and beyond. I will be recommending Steam Master Carpet Cleaners to everyone in the area!

Good guys, solid company, excellent service. Came and picked up a few rugs, one was stuck under a heavy bead frame. Called for backup, backup arrived in 15 minutes, got the job done. I'd say they're probably the best, most efficient, best priced carpet cleaner in NPB / Costa Mesa. They'll handle everything with ease and professionalism.

I called them in a pinch after a bad encounter with another carpet cleaner. They had no availability, and I explained I had already moved all my furniture out. The GM, Greg, said he would make some calls and 15 minutes later he called to say he was sending someone! The man was polite, professional and gave me a good quote. Did a Perfect job and I am thankful to the whole company. When I need it again, I'll be calling you!

Scott and George were both very professional and courteous. Scott cleaned the carpet in my classroom. He did an amazing job! Very pleased it looks brand new! I am beyond Impressed about the service and work done by steam masters! I had a disgusting set of chairs that looked like they were left in an alley for a year, but steam masters made them new again! Same with our living room couch. Really brought it back to life. I would highly recommend using Steam masters for all your cleaning needs.

This is my one and only go to place of business for carpet cleaning (antique area rugs)! Other places charge heinously high priced amounts and Greg (the owner. yes honest to goodness real owner) takes pride and makes sure I am 100% satisfied (with beyond competitive pricing). My family has been going to this Steam Master for generations. I recommend this business whole heartily.

Absolutely awful service. We had Steam Master come to our house to do floors. They barely touched them, leaving the floors actually more dirty than when they started. Before the crew left I asked that they finish the work, and they said we did not pay for the extra service. I thought what extra service, Im only talking about the service I paid for.
They left, and when I called management I was told they would not come back. This company is scamming people. They are taking people's money, and hiding criticism. Do not do business with them. Buyer beware.

Needed a wool Turkish carpet cleaned. I had another company come out prior who cleaned it at my house. I was not satisfied so I visited Steam Master and they came and picked up my rug, cleaned it really well, hung it to dry and returned it to my home. It looks beautiful! I live them. Very professional, family owned and reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I have used Steam Master for my carpet/furniture cleaners for 15+ years and they're the best! I hired them a week ago to clean my wall-to-wall carpet in my 2-story house. As always, I was impressed with their professional service, cleanliness, and hard work. I was a little nervous hiring a carpet cleaning service during covid-19, but the 2 technicians wore masks for the 4-hour+ period they were inside my house and they maintained social distancing at all times. It feels great having clean carpet during this shelter-in-place period. I highly recommend Steam Master!

This review is about the great response from Renee at Steam Masters. They're a tad pricey but they will also refer you elsewhere if the work isn't in their wheelhouse, which is really helpful. It took about an hour to get the reply so just a heads up: it might be worth waiting to hear from these guys rather than just saying yes to the first quote that comes through the yelp system.

We have this nice 6x9 area rug in our apartment that I loved when we purchased it. My husband wanted to treat it from spots and our little dog but afterwards it was gray looking. I was so disappointed but lived with it. I went over to a friends house and his area rugs looked so nice. He said he only goes to Steam Master in Costa Mesa. They came out on a Wednesday and returned my rug Friday afternoon.
Nice guys placed it back under the sectional and we are looking good or should I say GREAT! Thank you so much for saving my rug that I love! Definitely will be a return customer!

We had an appointment between 8-10, nobody has shown up. When I called the number that text us to confirm our appointment they claimed it was a call center for steam master carpet cleaning and that our wait time was extended to 12pm. Shirley was the person who assisted me who kept putting me on hold and seemed bothered I was calling at all. So, I'm reasonable, I get things pile up and you're behind schedule, but that's when you take responsibility and call you customers to give them an updated eta. It's very simple.

These guys at awesome! They cleaned up a large area rug that was from Restoration Hardware that was badly stained and filthy. It is a difficult rug to clean and the last guys that cleaned couldn't get all the stains out. These guys got it done and brought it big looking better than new! They took care of moving all the furniture and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. Highly recommend these guys! Please don't mistake them for the other company that has a similar name!

I've had other carpet cleaning companies come to my house. I wasn't very please with any of them. My friend uses Steam Master so I decided to give them a try. These guys are great, they did what they say, they were friendly, very PROFESSIONAL, and my carpets look beautiful. I will definitely use them again!
