The cleaning products we use are hypo-allergenic, odorless, non-toxic with no VOC's and no off gassing. They are made with all natural ingredients. Aqua Cleanse uses alkaline water (pH of 9 .5) made by Rayne as a cleaning rinse.This "special" water is combined with Procyon cleaning products to create a powerful combination. We guarantee that our results will outshine the competition. We use a powerful, truck mounted, heat extraction system. We bring our own "special" water with us in tanks totaling 500 gallons. The water is heated to 200 degrees to ensure your carpets are bacteria free. We excel at customer satisfaction and strive to bring a professional cleaning experience to your home or office. I love Aqua Cleanse! I have been their client for the past few years and I am always extremely happy with the results. I have two young boys...so you can imagine just how dirty my carpets can get! My youngest son and myself are actually both allergy sufferers, and we both notice a huge difference in our ability to breathe clearly each time we have had our carpets cleaned by Aqua Cleanse. It's such an amazing product, and their service is impeccable....we love them! I absolutely look forward to using them for many many years to come.

I was a little dissatisfied with this company, first after scheduling an appointment and confirming Several days later I was told the appointment needed to be switched. Then after confirming the new appointment the next day I received a invoice with the incorrect quote. I notified them that the quote was incorrect and through yelp the quote included stairs, they changed the quote regardless and increased the price and let me know I can go with someone else if I am no happy with their new quote.
Although it was only a $20 difference after the mistakes they should of stuck to the current bid. Other companies quoted around $120 with stairs but I went with them as I thought their service was better.

I tried 3 different carpet cleaners before finding my forever carpet people. Aqua cleanse are the only ones that come at the time they say they will and don't half as* the job! They are always punctual, respectful, and get the job done quickly. The price is reasonable especially for the quality job they do. Don't have any complaints and have now booked these guys four times in 1 year. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for always texting when your on your way.

So upset with this company. We would have been a third time customer. I callled for an appointment in December. Tony said he would call me back. He did not. I called again, he answered and he said he remembered us. I asked twice if he needed our address and he said no they had it on file. We scheduled the appointment. They did not show up or call.
I called again, and he said they no longer had us on file and he did not keep my phone number. Give me a break. He first tried lying to me and then started making excuses. Totally unacceptable. I can do so much better. Beware of this company.

I've had my fair share of negative experiences with contractors this year, so I'm now extra cautious when picking out someone to work on my home. I can't express how impressed I am with this company. Their communication was great, being extremely transparent on what materials they use and even responding to messages on the weekend. They came out as promised, did an amazing and thorough job, and even patiently waited as one of the areas was inaccessible. Will definitely be using these guys again.

I've had Scott and his helper clean my carpets at 3 different homes on 3 different occasions over 4 years before leaving a review. I have been pleased each time by the responsiveness, flexibility, affordability, punctuality and professionalism by Scott and his team. He sends a very straightforward work order after mutually agreeing to the estimate. Then the dream work begins. Holy Cow! We are so impressed with Aqua Cleanse. We had them come through to clean our sectional (which my toddler has spilled on too many times to count) and our tan rocking chair (with a massive coffee stain). Both look brand spanking new! My wife was ready to put the chair on offer up as a giveaway, it was that bad. They were able to get the stain completely out of the fabric and it looks like we just brought it home from the store.
They were incredibly easy to schedule with, punctual and detailed in their cleaning. We are going to have them come back to clean our other couch and our grout (my wife is literally trying to find things for them to come back and beautify now!) Thank you, Aqua Cleanse team!
