I highly recommend made 4 you I am a disabled person Brian and his staff are really nice they clean my place from top to bottom and they always do a thorough cleaning job and the place looks really nice when they get through the place smells clean and fresh I highly recommend them

I'm updating my review for the sole fact that Brian is a stand up business owner and progressional. He listened to his customer and made things right. I appreciate a business owner who can accept when things don't go to plan and do what they can to correct it. I don't agree with the price but I appreciate that Brian sent someone else out to re clean my place and didn't for a second try to make excuses for the original mishap.

I was shopping around for a move out cleaning quote. I was a little surprised when my cleaner showed up by herself when I thought I had booked two cleaners, but even without me calling, the company had a check in and check out time that matched what I had taken note of, and charged me correctly. I like that they charge by the hour, but actually thought it would take much less. The cost is worth it, they did a great job with my kitchen appliances, windows and countertops.

This service is amazing! You know the saying you get what you pay for? This soooo true with Maid 4 You. I didn't realize what I was not getting with other cleaning services until Serna came to clean. They cleaned the cabinets in the kitchen and scrubbed ALL of the showers! I have a shelf with small jars of moisturizers, etc. They cleaned that shelf! Even my picky caregiver was impressed. I am definitely keeping them!

MY HOUSE HAS NEVER LOOKED CLEANER! I was nervous trying to find a cleaning service in my area that was fairly priced, cleaned the same way I do and. I finally found it! Carlos & Yolanda did an amazing job, they literally touched every surface of my house. I can't believe it took me this long! My only complaint is whatever they used to clean my kitchen counters (some type of powdered bleach I believe) wasn't rinsed off completely.

It felt like someone spread sand all over my counters. I had to take everything off (they don't just clean around things, they actually move your stuff to CLEAN IT) and clean them again with a wet rag. It wasn't a big deal since my kitchen is pretty small, but moving forward I'm going to request they use a different type of product for my counters (the bleach smell was a little much when I got home, but I think that's because it wasn't completed washed off).

Thank you so much! Having a clean house is one less thing I have to take care of! Will be spreading the word with friends and family about this amazing team! Can't wait for my service next month!

I really enjoyed my experience with Maid 4 You. They have great customer service via phone and happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your cleaning. I recently had Jose clean my apartment and he did a great job. Jose has a friendly and easy going personality. I would highly recommend and use him for any cleaning services.

I was referred to Maid 4 You Orange County by a local realtor. I wanted to get the home that I'd just sold professionally cleaned at the close of escrow. Brian listened to my needs, sent two people out and they did a stellar job. I'm certain that the new owner recognized that the house was truly "move in ready" when he took possession. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Top notch operation. I think they've been in business over 20 years. Every time I call they send out amazing people. I highly recommend this company.

I'm a first-time customer and the cleaners didn't show up. I waited 2 hours and called both numbers listed on the website and left a message and no response. Unprofessional and a waste of my time. Do not recommend this company.

Sandra did an amazing job She is one of those people that actually enjoys their job and takes pride in their work. We were moving out of our old apartment and she finished the job in 4 hours. I would recommend her to anyone in the future and will have her come once a month to my new place. Thanks

I have never had a cleaning service come to my home before but I am so happy that I did. I called the morning of and spoke to Brian. Two hours later, there were two ladies at my door! I couldnt believe it since I called under such short notice. I had my two bathrooms and kitchen cleaned and they look amazing. One of the ladies finished early and came back upstairs and started cleaning of my bedrooms as well which was great. My bathrooms have never been cleaner and I will definitely be using this company again!

My wife booked this business to clean our house. They never showed, never called, never cleaned. We tried to contact them multiple times and got nothing. Spend your money elsewhere.

I have never had my shower doors this shiny and clear before! This morning I had my first cleaning done with a young woman named Helsey, and she was great! I had to run errands and work out with the kids, and when I came back a few hours later, the house was spic and span! I'll be scheduling with her again!

Emalia was just terrific! She cleaned everything so thoroughly, had a great attitude, and was super sweet with my two dogs. She was also super understanding- I was only 2 weeks post-partem, so I was napping whenever I could while the baby slept in her crib in the next room. She would try to let me sleep as much as she could as she cleaned the house (which generally speaking is not a quiet task).

She also did some of our laundry and everything I asked her to do she was eager to help with. I wish I could tip her more- she made my post-baby blues so much better by making sure I had a clean home!

Sandra did very good job at my house today. She is a very hard and responsible worker. Thank Maid4you for providing very good service and I will recommend Maid4you for all my friends.

I have gone through many cleaning services and this has by far been the best. I absolutely love it. They outdo themselves each and every time. I have referred them to friends as well and so far they say the same things. I've had the pleasure to talk with Brian and he wantS the best for his customers and he also wants to make sure his employees are taken care of too.

I can totally respect that as my husband thinks the same exact way with his employees! Anyways great company. Great service each and every time with a phenomenal price. You guys are awesome!

I have used Maid 4 You a handful of times. My first few experiences were excellent. The owner Brian has always been extremely pleasant and helpful with our needs. However this last time I am less than satisfied with the business end of things. I was originally promised the two cleaners that usually clean our apartment. On the day of I was told one was hurt and they couldn't show up.

I notified Brian that I had family coming and I needed someone to come out. He told me another team of people would come. I got home from work that night to find nothing had been done. The next day he apologized and told me there was a mix up and that he could send one lady out the next day. I specifically asked him if one person would cost more due to time.

His exact words were "no it would not" The next day the lady came cleaned our apartment beautifully. I honestly can't complain about that. But when it came down to check my account I was charged over $75 more than usual. When I asked Brian why this was he told me rates had gone up a bit. First of all you tell me this after the fact after we had a conversation about cost.

Then I'm told he needed to talk with the cleaner to find out why I was charged so much. Apparently it took her 7 hrs to clean our little apartment. Two people usually do it in 2 1/2. As a business owner wouldn't you know the reason? My complaint in all of this is. I was originally supposed to have two people. It it's not my fault only one person was sent.

I should not have been charged extra for a mistake on the companies end. Especially coming a day later than planned. Brian never once tried to rectify the situation. For that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is my first time utilizing a maid service due to the fact that I was moving into a newly constructed place and didn't own a vacuum, nor did I want to buy one just to clean up all the construction dusts. Brian was very responsive and gave me a fair price for a one person job. Base on my description of the room he told me I'd just need a mini cleaning job.

On the day of service Jose arrived on time and was friendly and for the most part did an ok job of vacuuming and cleaning all the major areas. When he was done he asked me to check everything and there was still a lot of dusts on the wall. He went back with his vacuum and took care of some of the area. All in all, I feel neutral about the service, not happy and not satisfied either.

I felt like as if I paid for a vacuum service rather than a cleaning service. I had to go back myself and dust off the remaining walls and mop the floor again. I'm a neat freak and dusts and dirt can't escape my laser vision, but I guess the mini service didn't do it for me. Would I pay for a thorough cleaning service next time? I don't think so.

Thank you maid4you! Brian is the owner operator and he's very easy to talk to. I used them several times before writing a review and my experience has always been great. I'm sure all his staff is exceptional, but Jose really does the best job I've ever seen! He returned my brothers discusting shower and bath tub back to beautiful and sparkling again!

Not to mention the stove top and every detail in the kitchen. I'm so happy and I would highly recommend maid4you to anyone in need of a deep professional cleaning or better yet, schedule them for a bimonthly cleaning. YOU WORK HARD AND YOU DESERVE IT!
