The two gentlemen that came to work on our sectional & two area rugs arrived in the time frame we were told, explained everything, got right to work & even put the two area rugs on our fence & porch to dry (we had to have them clean them on our driveway as we didn't have enough room in our basement & have hardwood floors)! Both were very humble, kind, polite, courteous & professional!
They were also so loving to our sweet 4-year-old Aussie :) I appreciate the efficiency, professionalism & kindness from Burg's Custom Cleaning as whole. Thank you so much! I will definitely be using you in the future & referring you to friends, family & businesses!

We've been using Burg's Custom Cleaning ever since we first moved into our home four years ago. They came in and cleaned all of the carpet and also cleaned and sealed our tile floors. Everything came out spotless! The crew at Burg's has always been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly during every visit. They also make sure everything looks great and all questions are answered before leaving the job site. We had our large sectional recently cleaned and we had carpet cleaned at our previous house. I love how easy they are to work with from the first phone call. They also spend time on what they are doing, for example, we had a printer ink stain and nail polish in our carpet and they spent time getting these stains out. I highly recommend Burgs!

The gentlemen that came out to clean did a great job, they were very friendly and were very patient when I had to find & arrange all my animals around when they arrived. I just used Burgs Custom Cleaning to get the company I work for carpets cleaned. I 100% recommend! They have the best rates out there, cleaned up paint, kids puddy, and stains out of our carpet that I thought was a lost cause. Burgs did a really good job cleaning my living room carpet. Compared to Modernistic & Stanley Steamer. They called me the day of appt. asking if they could come sooner cause they were ahead of schedule. When the 2 gentlemen arrived, they were very professional, explained what they were going to do step by step, answered any and all questions I had. Had them quote me for tile & grout cleaning.
Will definitely have them back to clean all carpets & tile now. Even the lady whom I booked the appt with was also the one who called me day before the appt to confirm & remind, me was great & very professional.

This was my first time having Burgs do our carpet, but it will definitely not be the last. They were recommended to me by my son after they did his house. They were on time, very courteous, friendly, and did a fantastic job for a fair price. It's very hard to find all of these qualities anymore. Anyone will not be sorry for calling them.
