I've had Stanley Steemer in the past and was not happy. I took a chance with this company after seeing they were featured with Farm Bureau on Hall Road Brian Lane. I trust that insurance company and I figured if they Trust this cleaning company I felt I was going to be in good hands and I was. I had text Dawn after I saw a post with her and Ryan Lane's company she text me right back and she actually was able to get me in the very next day.

They called to let me know when they were going to be about 20 minutes out also called when they arrived super efficient I had the pleasure of meeting Mike and he has a wonderful personality. Aside from all that he did a fantastic job and even offered to move all the stuff back if I needed help with anything. From here on out they have my vote thank you so much.

I have used ChemDry for the last 10 years. The carpet always comes out clean and smelling nice. There is No chemical smell even though that word is partially used in their name. The drying time is usually much shorter, about 2-3 hours, because they don't soak your carpet like their competitors. The foaming agent does the job. They also add a carpet protectorent, something like a scotchguard, for future spills.

It is definitely safe for your pets. I have a very curious cat and he's never had a problem. I recommend the Lakeside facility. They are willing to work with your schedule and the service team or person is always very accommodating while in your home.

Mike was so professional and completed his work in a timely manner. I am so pleased that I found this company. They help me keep up with my two Golden Retrievers mistakes on my dining area 5x7 area rug and my master bedroom carpet. All is now sanitized, smells clean and is thoroughly renewed. I had a wonderful experience with Lakeside Chem-Dry. I called them on Monday and they came out on Tuesday. So prompt so courteous, there customer service is the best! Pleasant to work with and their cleaning is amazing. My white couch had brown spots and cat urine stains, I was beside myself. Lakeside spent several hours cleaning and using their amazing product to clean my couch and it looked so much brighter. Once it dried back you could still see some of the outline of stain, they came back and did another treatment. I couldnt be happier! Thank you! Val

Two homes in two days. The first was an epidemic of area rugs and furniture, in addition to wall-to-wall in two bedrooms, hallway and two sets of stairs. The other was a cat smell problem in a bedroom and the remains of a small remodel in an office. In both cases Melissa and her assistants were outstanding. Pricing was fair. Results were above expectations. I will recommend them to others.

Melissa was so nice. This was the easiest process to book. Great service on the phone and when Melissa got here I knew I was in good hands. She went over everything in great detail and really took her time. I was surprised its usually in and out, my carpet have never looked cleaner in all the years Ive been getting them steamed. This is a different process and it obviously works.

They dont send contractors out to your house. Its the actual owner of the company, well, one of the owners. I was very very impressed. When you call Stanley Steemer. Stanley does not come out. Very impressed. Ive already referred them twice to my family and Ill definitely be using them next year.

Does great work within a reasonable period of time looks fantastic

Yesterday we had our carpets cleaned by Melissa and Rochelle. Even though there was an electrical storm looming. These ladies are dynomos. They had many obsticels to navagate. Including a rail for a chair lift for 3 flights of stairs, 34 year old carpeting, heavy furniture and stuff all around as we just moved in. In spite of it all they were professional, focussed and effective. We are so happy with a new clean environment with out using chemicals! Thank you Lakeside Chem-Dry!
