Our famous and efficient LMX machine will clean your carpet like no other machine! The LMX uses only 10% water and 90% dry foam to gently yet thoroughly clean any type of carpet. Drying time is held to a maximum of 2 hours or less... and not hours or days! Our Espirit upholstery machine does a wonderful job for your upholstery, carpeted stairs, auto seats and carpet, boats, rvs and even airplane interiors!

Critical: Professionalism I was scheduled for a rug cleaning service. They were a no call no show. I reached out a couple times to see if they were coming or to reschedule, never heard back. I would have appreciated a simple phone call or text to reschedule or notify me of the cancellation.

We had two rooms of carpet done and our bathroom tile done as well. Chris was very professional and quick. We loved that the carpet was almost dry when we got home, no need to have fans going all day. It was also safe for our toddler and dog, which is a huge plus.
