The level of service at Exceptional Cleaning is fantastic. Having been a customer for many years, I am consistently impressed by the professionalism of every staff member I have come in contact with. Thank you!

Communication is terrible. You never know who will be assigned. I've had one person show up. At the next session, I've had 2 or 4 people show up. At each appointment with me because there is no Continuity of personnel, I have to review my expectations of service. No person assigned thus far knows how to make a bed. Dusting is a hit or miss chore.

They have to be told to include baseboards or blinds. The service isn't cheap. With a gratuity, I provide over $200 for service every two weeks. I would love to find another service, but my husband doesn't like new faces coming in our home. He's worried about Covid or robbery.

Great customer service and my cleaners are truly exceptional! Would highly recommend them. Best I have found in Clark County. A little pricey but definitely worth every penny.

Michelle and her team did a great job in cleaning our home. We used them for several months until covid hit and then used them again to clean our house while on the market. Her prices are fair in my opinion, always brought their own cleaning supplies and the house was always clean. I would use them again if I returned to Vancouver.

Michelle does a phenomenal job of leading her team at EXECPTIONAL. I've been a loyal client for over 5yrs now and they've always been remarkable. Dependability and punctuality is important for us - because we have a big dog that needs to be in her kennel while the exceptional team is making our home spotless. So thankful that they're never late or reschedule on us.

And their communication is something I'd like to compliment them on. always keeping us in the loop with the checklists they leave and with their prompt emails. Phenomenal business and great people!

Exceptional Cleaning did an amazing job and I couldn't be more pleased! I share a fairly large house with 3 other roomates and the common areas always seem to get dirty faster than we can keep up with. Exceptional cleaning did an awesome job at deep cleaning these areas and I'm super impressed + pleased with their attentional to detail and thoroughness. 100% will use again.

With two small children, my wife and I had been going crazy trying to find time to keep the house clean. We finally broke down and decided to have a professional take this stress off of our shoulders. We have now had Exceptional Cleaning coming once a month for the last six months and I will never go back to doing it myself again. Not only can I spend time on the numerous other chores greeting me each day, but it is the most relaxing feeling to walk into a freshly cleaned house.

The women who come and clean our home are extremely professional, prompt, and know how to get my house looking better than I ever could have made it look. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to relieve some of their stress. You will definitely know that you are getting your money's worth. My next step will be to avail myself of some of their extra cleaning offers, such as the refrigerator or an oven deep clean.

Hired exceptional to do a move out clean on a 1 bedroom apartment. Price was reasonable and overall, I'm pretty happy with the job they did. Just a couple of things that keeps them from getting 5 stars. 1. They were asked to clean all the windows including the storm windows that I had taken down and sat beside the house. these were mostly cleaned, but some still had a little dirt in the corners, so they could have been just a little more thorough on them. 2.

When they came to do the estimate, I specifically told them that they can't use water on my 70 year old solid oak floors, and yet when I came back shortly after the crew had left ( I presume), the floors were still wet, something that doesn't happen unless you use water on them. If they had used only hardwood safe products like Orange Glow as we had discussed, there shouldn't have been any moisture left on the floors at all when I returned.

Water can easily cause the hardwood floor to buckle or otherwise damage it. I mentioned this to Michelle via email when she sent me the invoice last week, and I have yet to hear any kind of a response from them on this.

I am delighted with the services provided by Exceptional Cleaning. Maria and Jacque are efficient, thorough, conscientious and fun. They are in and out quickly leaving my house sparkling. I am always delighted afterwards by the little details they catch. Most of all, I enjoy their light banter without being obtrusive. I am a happy customer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst cleaning service. Cleaners did a horrible job and even damaged a plumbing fixture. Owner just kept wanting to collect but never came out to inspect. I called her to discuss and sent pics. I heard nothing back until she sent me to collections. Instead of working things out with her poor service and lack of communication she will take you to collections instead.

Michelle and her crew run a fantastic business and treat all customers with respect and honesty. They do a meticulous job for all customers. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an ethical and superior house cleaning company.

My husband called to get a price quote from this company and made an appointment for them to come last week. I made special arrangements with work to be there. The day came, no one showed up no call etc. I called and got the answering service, giving the benefit of the doubt, I thought maybe I got the date wrong. I explained no one showed up. I never receive a call back. Called the next day, got the answering service again and I literally said I was calling one more time before we reach out to another service. Again no call back. So needless to say we will use another place.

Owner Michelle is great at communicating and her teams have always been very professional and trustworthy. I've been having the same team (Jessica & Stephanie) for the past year and they're absolutely phenomenal! Worth every penny and its always so nice to come home to spotless home. So grateful for their efforts and attention to detail :)
