WOW! I called John and Brooke four days ago, after stretching on an area rug in my living room that I realized was dirty and really smelly. I have children and one dog and a busy household and somehow, the carpet got ignored. Today, John returned our rug and it not only looks like new, but smells clean and clear. His service was prompt and he has a great attitude and returned my rug a day earlier than he had anticipated.

Highly recommend Gallagher's! We have had our carpets cleaned several times in the 10 years we've lived in our home, but this is the first time we notice a remarkable difference. John not only knows what he is doing but uses special solutions for stains and odor. Cat odor was the worst on our carpet, and whatever John did remedied the problem. We had talked about replacing the carpet but it truly looks brand new! John is not only very professional, but friendly and respectful as well.

I have a beautiful rug on which my housemate spilled almost a whole bottle of furniture polish with dark wood stain in it. I was horrified that the carpet was ruined, and took it the next day to Gallagher's. They said not to have high hopes, since the polish is something that is very difficult to remove. How wonderfully surprised I was when I came to pick the carpet and there was no sign of the stain! Gallagher's did a fabulous job and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them any time I need a carpet cleaned. I highly recommend them.

Do yourself a favor and go get your rug cleaned by Gallagher's. I am truly amazed at the amount of dirt and filth they were able to remove from our rug. We have a very large (11'x14') very heavy wool rug that they did an amazing job revitalizing. Not only is the rug absent of any stains and discoloring, I'm seeing beautiful hues of blue and green that I had never seen in our rug before. This is one of those things that's totally worth it.

Juan came over the day after we called. He was courteous and friendly. And our rugs and carpeting have never looked better. The dirt spots and coffee stains are nowhere to be seen. This review is long overdue for work that was done in December 2020 and January 2021. Just bought a new home Met the owner John who did the initial estimate and actual work. He deep cleaned all the carpet areas in the house which includes 2 bedrooms and stairs. The price is fair and reasonable considering the quality of service/work I received from this small business. After the initial job, I sent them 2 big cowhide area rugs which they also did a fantastic job. I would recommend them and I am a return customer.

My wife and I have a rescue dog who struggled with having accidents in the house and while we did our best to try and keep the carpets cleaned they still felt dirty and had that urine smell we just couldn't get rid of. After the cleaning Javier did, our apartment smells amazing! It even looks as close to brand new as an old carpet can possibly look. Honestly it's far exceeded my expectations for what would be possible and I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received, it was worth every penny.

Gallagher's are wonderful! Right from the get go, everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. My carpets had not been cleaned in 9 years and with 2 kids and countless spills, accidents and stains, the carpets were in quite a state! They came out looking almost new again. Javier, the technician was very polite, helpful and respectful. I am so glad I chose Gallagher's instead of a chain cleaning service. Thank you!
