They reflected the thorough quality and of the business overall and the work they do cleaning windows and pressure washing. They were kind and sensible throughout the job. First time using Major Panes, but will definitely call them again. Their window washing process was very effective on our older windows, which cannot be pressure washed. True to their word, the deionized water did not leave any spots. The representatives communicated well, were very attentive to detail, and seemed very trustworthy. There was no need for ladders etc as their poles extend very long; this reduces risk and potential damage to other home structure. So, very pleased and would recommend you try them. And, the cost was much lower than expected, quite a good deal considering the amount of time it would have taken us to do the work ourselves.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. Quick response by Rob, company president and quick scheduling as well. Two of the best young workers we've ever had arrived on time and worked really hard on windows, screens and soft washing the house. It had been many years since we had had this work done but they were not deterred. They were courteous and careful and thorough. We'll have the out again for sure!

Alex and John performed the work today. This is the first time I use Major Panes and I am very satisfied with their service. Both of the young men's work is thorough and efficient. They are very careful with furniture around the windows. They worked well as a team and got the job done as they described at the beginning. They even pointed out some windows that I need to pay attention - recommended either replace or repair. I accepted their professional opinion and will look into it soon. I recommend highly to anyone who is looking for a window washing service.
