Very unprofessional people who work in management there and HR. I explain to them that I had another job that I'm looking for a part-time job they said they can work around my other job schedule. I went to their BS orientation didn't even pay for it and when the time came to start working they said they couldn't work around my schedule after three times I explain to them what hours I'm available to work and they said they said the would. A bunch of liars and Unorganized people who work there. I will not recommend anybody to work for this company.

My mom called them about a job post. Who ever answered asked typical phone interview questions. Then my mom asked her the pay rate and the amount of hours offered and the person got upset and asked her if she wanted the job or what and why she was asking so many questions And then she hung up! What the heck. Unprofessional people. It's normal to ask the pay rate of any job. No wonder they have bad reviews. Don't know how they have employees when they have horrible CSR.

Unbelievable. They showed up 25 minutes late and then quoted me $445. FOUR HUNDRED AND FORTY FIVE DOLLARS. I was literally speechless. I asked her why her quote was triple everyone else and she said it was a "move out rate" and they would have to "clean the baseboards" and my 900 square foot house was "really big." Now I have to find someone else and I'm running out of time. I chose these guys based on the Yelp reviews, boo.

I purchased a Yelp deal for Karla's Cleaners for $95 and received a $125 voucher. I naively thought that this would be enough to cover the cost of cleaning of my 800 sq./ft apartment. Boy was a I wrong. When the team of 3 showed up for a free estimate, they tried to price gouge me and charge $125 on top of what I originally paid. Keep in mind that the place was not a complete mess; we had done cleanings twice a month. I've grown to regret my decision to let them proceed and although they did a competent job, it definitely wasn't worth the price. I'm going to use homejoy.com next time.

This company is Great. Karla is a very nice lady and very helpful on the phone which really give you confidence in working with her. The crew that came out were very friendly and thorough. We needed to get a deep cleaning before parents arrived for a visit and was in desperate need of house cleaning. I yelped maid services and the first 3 that came up were either not available or didnt even pick up the phone. Karla was able to accomidate me for the next day even though she was fully booked, still went ahead and made a plan. The job landed out being better than expected and very reasonably priced. Will be using their service in the future.

I used Karla's Maids to help me clean my apartment after subleasing it for a summer, and they did a great job! I called last minute and they were able to send over two cleaners right away, used their own supplies and were finished in a matter of hours. This was no small job, either, they did a very thorough and deep clean for a fair price. I'll definitely be using them again!

Do a great job cleaning and even make my bed and set things in order before leaving. Not the cheapest, but are very good at making sure things are clean and are environmentally conscious by using eco-friendly cleaning products. They do have some issues with being on time, but that's more a product of parking in my area as opposed to their fault.

BEWARE! This company is very unprofessional and tricky. I was given an estimate of $180 for some paint retouching and patching of holes in the wall. On the day they were scheduled to come, they showed up three hours late! Without even apologizing, they went straight to telling me that their price only included patching one hole. somehow they hadn't "seen" the other hole in the wall. You are better off with one of the handyman services on yelp with a lot of good reviews. Don't get ripped off/ frustrated by contacting these people.
