If you're looking for a cleaning service, you just found it! You too can share in my enthusiasm for Happy Maids. They show up on time, they're fast but thorough and they leave my place gleaming. I've had more than one occasion where I had to reschedule and it wasn't a problem. I've had different Happy Maid teams show up to clean and they're all pleasant and consistent in their work effort. Each has made me feel like they've enjoyed their time at my house. They deserve a five-star rating.

I have used Happy Maids for about 5 years and their service is wonderful. I've had two different teams because I've moved and both were great. They are very thorough and leave a checklist to let you know what they've done. They also get along well with my dog who thinks they are there to play with him. I would definitely suggest using Happy Maids.

Very impressed with Happy Maids service! I requested a thorough spring cleaning and was quoted the cost -- no surprises, no extras. The girls came at the scheduled time and I could not have been more pleased with the results. They were fast and efficient. I bought a coupon for Happy Maids online and must say it was a good decision. Maggie, the scheduler, was really helpful and worked on getting the booking schedule suitable for my requirements. You can make use of their walk through to decide before hand about their cleaning arrangements. I used their event cleaning service and was pleased that I did not have to break my back cleaning up after my husband's birthday party, well within my budget. Oh, and I must mention that their staff are pet friendly!

I tried out one of their deals online since it was a really good deal. I called and scheduled on the phone. The lady was very friendly. I travel a lot so my time frame was not as flexible. But they were really helpful in accommodating. The staffs who showed up were professional and right on time. I told them where and how I want the rooms to be cleaned.
They were understanding and assured it would be done within their time limit. When they were finished, my place looked like new and smelled nice too. I'll definitely hire them again.

Found this company after I needed our office cleaned after a company party. They offered us a pretty decent deal. The job was done just fine. Couldn't complain. What I will say is they got the wine stains of the tables and got the dust buildup in the desks that have been left unattended for months now. I'd definitely refer them to others. Great job and great service!

I should have known better then to sign up with a cleaning company that has to offer deep discounts through groupon to attract companies. I signed up for a five pack cleaning package through them. They just do not know how to clean! Kitchen counters were still dirty, streaks on appliances, inside microwave not cleaned, the few dishes that were in the sink they attempted to clean but cup still had milk on it and bowl still had yogurt on them, kids bathroom wasn't mopped, both bathtubs were not cleaned, sinks were wiped down but did not shine, mirrors are streaky. Also with lack of availability there is no way to use all the services paid for before they expire.

I'm not really sure why everyone is giving this company bad reviews. my family and I used them after Thanksgiving because we had over 50 people over the night before and they did an awesome job. Not only were they friendly people but they didn't make much noise and went through the house quickly and efficiently. The price wasn't an issue at all - my family paid for it - but the two women who came by were very nice.
I offered them water and it seemed like it made their day; like it was such a shock to have been treated nicely by people. They didn't assume anything and asked a couple separate times if it was okay to move or clean something and wanted to make sure they were doing a good job. Not really sure why everyone seems like they need to destroy them with 1 star reviews. they were great at what they did and I'm sure my family will use them again once they are required.

I gave specific instructions to the owner as to what rooms I wanted cleaned and what rooms the team was to stay out of. I left a written list as well, which my 22 year old daughter who was home when they arrived, gave to them, and went to her room while they cleaned. I walked in during the last 5 minutes and not only had they not done the two tasks I prioritized (kitchen & 3 bathrooms) but had gone into areas of the house I had specifically requested they should not go into. This is the first negative review I have ever written and WOULD NEVER use these people again.

I've used Happy Maids now for 4 months. We have a monthly appointment set up. The same team cleans our house each time, so they are familiar with everything. They are prompt, nice, and work very hard. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a maid service - either for a one-time deep clean, or for recurring service.

The cleaning crews are incredibly professional, trustworthy, and lovely, and I honestly don't know how they accomplish all they manage to do within a reasonable timeframe. Good place to call if you need cleaning service. They are always available to assist you. The cleaning staff comes right to your place. This is a really good service if your working and dont have time to clean and do house work or if you're having a party and need some help around the house. They have really good and flexible timings.
