If you are clumsy and spill coffee on your spotless carpeting, call Eric and Nova Clean. What an awesome guy! He actually picked up his phone when we called and came out to service our mistake in seven hours. He is in different areas every day and fortunately he was in Naperville and could fit us in after dinner. OMG he was patient, thorough, and took care to protect the floors. Hired Eric from Nova Clean to clean up after one of our employees moving a customer out of a home that was closing the next day. Eric arranged for a 5am (yes, 5am) cleaning for the next day and in less than 24 hours crisis averted. Eric from Nova Clean did an amazing job on our hardwood floors and tiles. We had a build up of oil soap on the floors that had to be scrubbed and removed. Eric restored the hardwood and the tile floors just about back to new condition. Eric is very knowledgeable on the right chemicals to use. Eric was very responsive and on time. I highly recommend Eric from Nova Clean for clean floors and rugs.

A week before we closed on our condo we determined we would be keeping the bedroom carpeting instead of replacing it. I called Eric to see if it was possible to work us into his schedule before we moved in the week after we closed. He was very professional and worked us into his schedule the day we needed the carpet cleaned. He showed up on time, was friendly, and was very professional. We had a serious odor issue from long-term uncleaned dog urine, and Eric was outstanding. He explained the science and his techniques, discussed possible outcomes and alternatives, and took ownership of the problem. He returned multiple times and followed-up with calls and texts. Eric Came and cleaned Grout in bathrooms and Kitchen floors. He also polished all of are granit counters. He was very professional and very covid aware.
