Courtney Truman and his team are true professionals who extensive knowledge and skills. Our hardwood floors are more than 14 years old and had scratches from dogs and children. Courtney immediately knew the type floor we have and told us that it doesn't require waxing and only needs cleaned. We have been waxing the floors for years and the visible scratches were in the wax coating.
He and his team arrived on the scheduled date and time, and went directly to work explaining the care for our type floors and what he was doing. Once finished, the floors looked wonderful. Truman Steemers returned the next day to clean the original carpet and they also look almost like new. I have already recommended Truman to a friend and will not hesitate to call on them in the future. Our daughter recommended Truman to us after her very pleased experience with carpet cleaning.

My wife and l were a bit apprehensive about looking for a handy person to come refinish our new home's hardwood floors. We were just unsure how the refinishing would look or if that could actually damage our new floor. Guys after watching Cortney's YouTube videos l reached out to him and booked a consultation. Then, he showed up with his crew and started working on all our hardwood floors.
We are simply amazed by the result. Great refinishing work done by Cortney. We love how our floors look now and the durability of the protective coat is palpable. Our hardwood floor is totally transformed this is just like a commercial grade finishing look. Also, his after service guaranty is true. I tested it. Courtney and his team did an amazing job removing the wax product Bona off of my hardwood floors, I was quoted $8k thousand dollars to replace my floors but after seeing Truman videos I was able to save $6.5k. dollars and I so happy with the results. I love this company and their customer service is by far the best I've experience from any service company

Courtney and his team have always been AMAZING! We used Courtney in our previous house for carpets & upholstery cleaning. This time Courtney came out, with Scoby, to our new house to bring our hardwoods back to life before we move in. I don't have a great before picture, but the after pictures (or the video on his FB page) are AMAZING! Courtney is always professional and always passionate about what he does. I will never use anyone else as long as Courtney is around. Thank you for doing what you do better than anyone else, Courtney.

Truman Steemers are amazing! My floors were dull and in bad shape. I found Truman on social and decided to give them a call. Courtney came out and provided me with an estimate he also invited me to view his videos on YouTube of other jobs he had completed. After reviewing the videos and comparing his quote with others I decided to go with his team to clean my floors.
He kept me informed through each stage of his process. After the job was finished I was surprised, you would have though I just had brand new floors installed. Courtney performed a miracle on our hardwood floors and we are so grateful. He is very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. We had an issue with a hardwood install that went bad, and the floor looked terrible. Needless to say, it was very disappointing on a brand new floor. Once he decided he could, he came on a Sunday, his day off, because he had no openings for awhile, and he knew how badly we needed it done. He spent hours working on our floors, some of it on his hands and knees. When he was done, it looked beautiful, he totally transformed it. I can't recommend him highly enough. His company also does carpet cleaning which we plan to have done soon.

I had my hardwoods screened and recoated by Courtaney. My FPS were scratched and gummy from the previous owner and they look brand new now. I tried to do the job my self and just removing the old buildup in the kitchen took me 8.5 hours. They were fast and trustworthy. I left them in my home to finish the job and went and ran errands! I have friends that have spent 20,000 on refinishing their floors I spent 1600 for a huge area and they look brand new! Thanks Courtaney!

Thank you to Truman Steemers for making our floors look new again! With 4 kids (plus their friends) and 2 dogs our floors have had a lot of traffic over the years. The stain itself was okay, but the floor never looked clean even right after my cleaners came. This screen and re-coat was WAY less than the cost of refinishing all the floors and I love the results! I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

Courtney truly did wonders at my house. FIrst off the floor was completely worn down and dirty from the previous owners (Big Dogs), but the painters had not been careful painting and got it everywhere. He not only was able to make the paint disappear but restored the floors so well they look brand new! You can not go wrong with this man he will leave you with a smile and beautiful floors. Before and after. Just amazing!
