A plus Service

Alex with Aplus carpet is my right hand carpet man. I have beige carpet in my home and 3 kids ages 3, 7, and 9. I have called Aplus for routine visits for the past years. My carpets are always perfectly cleaned and Alex is extremely reliable. I won't be using any other carpet guy.

Great service and super fast response. Called in the morning to clean some furniture that had been in storage. He was able to get me scheduled same day. He arrived on time and did such a good job that we kept adding things for him to clean. Will definitely use them again.

A Plus was great! We have a few dogs and after one had an awful awful "accident" the day before that we were afraid we would need to replace our carpet. A Plus arrived and got started within 30 min of our first call and we couldn't be happier wth the results! We've tried other cleaners with good reviews too, but he did by far the best job. Reasonably priced and honest work as well!

My family owned a carpet cleaning biz for a period of time so I know my carpet cleaning. A Plus did a PHENOMENAL job in making carpets that are older look (and smell) fresh and new in a lasting and meaningful way. He was able to accommodate my short-notice request and crazy work schedule, and communicated well and clearly throughout the scheduling process.

He showed up on time and finished when he projected he would. I was favorably impressed with his professionalism as well as the very reasonable pricing for his services! I waited five days after work was done to write this so any temporary effect would pass...you know how sometimes carpets look great right after while drying, then a few days later when dry, stains reappear and you see the work was shoddy - surely NOT the case with this work!) He also cleaned a sofa and dining chair cushions for me which look brand new afterwards.

I went from thinking about replacing the carpets in the just-acquired home, to being able to spend those dollars on other projects, thanks to the outstanding workmanship of the cleaning job! I could not be happier with the completed job, and will definitely use this company again as well as recommend it to others I know.

I hired them to get a large wine stain out of the carpet. I messaged at 9pm and they were there the next day at 9am. Hire them.

A Plus cleaned a red wine stain that was regurgitated. They called early morning, came to do the job at a great price and was done by mid morning. I will call them again for future jobs. Service: General carpet cleaning

Normally, I do not write reviews, they are far and few between - Now. I will say this. Approximately a year ago I had used A Plus - I was in the hospital for emergency life saving surgery - and due to my health - I was not allowed to leave the hospital and had to leave my dogs alone for almost 24hrs - please understand - my leaving my dogs was NOT due to neglect - I was a day - 2 days at the most from dying - my situation was CRITICAL and the Drs stated if I left the hospital there was a very STRONG possibility that I could die driving home to get my dogs - my fear of dying was overwhelming to say the least and the thought of possibly dying driving home to get my dogs and possibly injuring/killing anyone in a car accident was not something I could risk. Unfortunately, one of my friends was not able to get to my dogs until the following day and she was aware of how dire my situation was - Needless to say, I knew that my carpeting was going to be hit with the dogs 'accidents'.

About a week after my surgery I started to call around for a carpet cleaning company that would be willing to do the work without gauging me in the pocketbook. I found Alex at APlus - He was extremely kind and compassionate to my situation - He was willing to work with me in every aspect - I had never forgotten. And when I FINALLY came home - my carpets looked incredible and there was ABSOLUTELY NO 'ODOR' lingering.

It was a HUGE relief to me! I reached out to Alex again, literally today, regarding a cleaning. He remembered me from the initial job and from previous conversations. How many companies will 'remember' you? Now I will not go into what we've discussed and agreed to. But, I will say this. For a company in today's era that is willing to GO ABOVE and BEYOND and TRULY helps a person and put's the customers needs before their own profits - Speaks VOLUMES. I'm old school and you are only as good as your word, a handshake means something.

I can only go by the work he had done for me previously and I was very happy with results. But, the absolute generosity in helping a person in my situation, (I'm sorry I do not wish to elaborate), gives me renewed faith that there are still Companies like APlus who truly care about their Clientele. I may not be able to use his services as much as I would llike, but, he has a customer for life.

Unless of course I win the lottery - Sorry Alex - if that happens I'm moving to Bora Bora! If you are looking for not only good work but a company who listens and actually cares. Give Alex a call. Tell him I sent you!

Alex is very professional, nice, efficient and did a great job cleaning my apartment. I had water damage from a flood and old stains that are now gone, and I'm very happy with his service. It's more affordable than the other services and I will contact him again in the future!

I stumbled across A Plus Carpet in Yelp. They didn't have any reviews but I decided to take a chance, and I'm so glad I did! I've used them twice since finding them on Yelp. My tech is such a sweet guy. And very fast. He got all the stains out my carpet and threw in a deep clean free of charge just because he saw I needed it. On the second instance I called he was free and made it over in 30mins, and my carpet was spotless an hour later. Great prices and I highly recommend!
