I've been using Bright Cleaning Services to clean both my house and my office for many years. They always do and excellent job and are very reasonably priced. I recently started having them clean my elderly father's house.

He has dementia and can be challenging to work with. However the Bright Cleaning staff are so patient with him (even when he is cranky) and simply go about their work to make sure his home is spotless and it seems like he enjoys their company as well. Thank you so much!

My earrings are missing. They were on my dresser. I called the company to report this and they basically told me I would have to call the police. They still cashed my check and then called a week later to see if I had found them or gone to the police. I have not found them. This is the first time I've been upset enough to write an online review. I have waited several weeks for them to turn up searching for them even thou I was sure they were on the dresser.

The company did not handle this matter professionally at all. In addition, The cleaning girl that came to my house was an hour and half late. She did not call me to inform me. She smelled like a fresh cigarette. I told her my priority was the floors. When she left - my kitchen floor literally had a chocolate morsel laying on the floor and visible areas that needed scrubbing.

Lora does a phenomenal job keeping our house sparkling clean. She's reliable, showing up when she's expected, and the agency is easy to reach by phone. Great value for a great price!

Bright Cleaning has been performing our housecleaning service here in Granby for over 12 years and they are very thorough, dependable and responsive - oh yeah and very friendly!

I've been using Bright Cleaning Services since 2008. I've almost always been completely satisfied with their cleaning. When I have not, they have bent over backwards to correct the problem with absolutely no push back or problems of any kind. They've always offered to send out the ladies again at no charge. More important than that, though, is that I don't have to keep telling them the same thing over and over again, unlike the much more expensive Merry Maids who hardly ever never got it right.

The pricing is very reasonable, the cleaning is top notch and I've never worried about opening my home to them. I've never had a problem with the ladies being unreliable. This is a big weight off my shoulders. Everyone has always been very professional. The office staff is always courteous and friendly; Karolina is terrific. She always accommodates me when I have particular cleaning needs or when I need to change the schedule.

I think that the great approach to customer service comes from the top and so I'd have to credit the owner, Anna, for setting the tone. She's always been a professional, from the first time that she came to visit me in the evening to provide an estimate to the present. I honestly feel like she and her staff really care about my being happy. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone.

The company is good, but it seems to depend on who you get. Barbara is the best. I've only worked with two other cleaners besides Barbara. I hired Barbara about four times, then I stopped for about three months and I called them again for a cleaning. This was the first time that they actually dropped the ball for me as a company. The 2 ladies were supposed to show up on a Thursday, but they were a no-show, no call.

One of them cleaned about is good as I do, and that's not saying much. The other one paid attention to detail but didn't do everything that I needed her to do. I didn't mind because they were such a dream to work with in the past and they had save me a lot of trouble, but when they didn't clean my apartment is well as I hope they would that was a little disappointing. I'm moving, so I'm going to try them again and I'm hoping to get Barbara. She is fast and no nonsense.

I am very particular about how my apartment is cleaned, and the young lady who came to clean the apartment every week was very thorough in cleaning the apartment just as I wanted, so that I could trust her to do a perfect job every week. A cleaning service as good and professional as Bright Cleaning is hard to find. They are very accommodating, reliable, trustworthy and very pleasant people.

We hired Bright Cleaning Service to clean our small 1000sqft home on a weekly basis, for which they charge $50/week plus tax. They clean the floors, sink, tub, and surfaces throughout the home and will change the bed linens if you leave clean ones. Compared to other cleaning agencies we have used, they are inexpensive, professional and organized. They follow up with you for the first two weeks to ensure that everything is being done to your liking. I enthusiastically recommend them!
