We use only the Butler cleaning system, one of the most technologically advanced truck mounted systems available today. This system utilizes 160 Degrees of hot water, killing all bacteria living in the carpet. Then it extracts up to 95% of the moisture back out of the carpet so that it dries in just a few hours, leaving whatever fabric we treat the cleanest and healthiest it can be.

We give special care to stains and high traffic areas. Pre-spotting areas that need extra attention is just one way we assure that our high powered truck mounted equipment will get your carpets as clean as possible. Seeing is believing.

We use a special upholstery attachment to our truck-mounted unit allowing us to use the Butler system to restore your fabrics to almost new condition. The carpets in the condo we were moving into were very old (30+ years), exceptionally worn from heavy traffic, with pet stains and discoloration. Excellent experience with Sunshine. I had wall to wall carpets cleaned on main floor and in basement, plus 5 pieces of furniture. They came out terrific and my house smells clean and pleasant.
