Richard showed up early but politely waited until the appointed time to ring the bell. Good thing because I forgot!! He helped me move furniture too! We had had a dog guest who wasn't polite. He got all the stains out and put deodorizer on it. Everything smelled so fresh and clean!! The rugs dried amazingly fast. Other cleaners they have been wet for an entire day! I highly recommend Perfection to anyone. Prompt courteous service from a gentleman. The results are wonderful and I'll see him again in about six months!!

Perfection Carpet Cleaners really lives up to their name! We couldn't be happier with the results! Our light colored carpet was a mess from pets and kids. Richard came in, really looked over the carpet, asked questions, and gave a very reasonable quote. He then started to work. He really worked hard cleaning the carpet. My husband and I could not believe how he was able to get staining and dirt out of the carpet. Perfection Carpet Cleaners obviously takes pride in their work because our carpet looks like new! He was on time and very accommodating with scheduling as well.

Richard was extremely responsive and scheduled the cleaning of our area rugs for two days after we chatted. Very prompt and thorough on cleaning day. I had one problem rug that still had an odor a few days later and Richard came and retreated it and checked back with me multiple times to ensure I was satisfied. Highly recommend this company!

They say the biggest compliment you can give any company is referrals and repeat business. We had Richard come do the carpet in one bedroom this past winter as a trial run, to see if it was worth doing the other three. We just had him back yesterday to do the other three. With aging pets, some of our carpets were in bad shape, Richard and his partner saved me from making to replace them!

Richard and his helper, Billy, did a great job with my rugs! We have an older dog who has issues with urinating and Richard was able to bring my carpets back to life! I contacted Perfection Carpet Cleaners right before Christmas. I did not expect to get an appointment right away but I was fortunate enough to have my rugs and chairs cleaned before the holiday. The price was excellent, they showed up on time. The two men worked hard did two bedroom rugs and four upholstered dinning chairs within two hours. They did an excellent job I am very impressed with this company and have recommended them to my friends

I was very impressed from the minute I called this company. The young woman who I spoke to on the phone was very professional she gave me a quote which was then emailed to me. They did a great job cleaning a huge carpeted area and two upholstered chairs. The results were great. Richard came right on time and was very professional, clean, neat, courteous, and friendly.
