We got free estimate and had the work done in a reasonable time frame. The technician explained the process and expected results. He arrived on time and performed the work without any complications, moving furniture as agreed upon. the web site indicates a money back guarantee if not satisfied. We have not been disappointed,quite the opposite.

Carpet Cleaning Masters did a terrific job with my home carpeting. The technician was on time he was very patient, polite and efficient. My carpets look as good as new.

Beware! this company is a lead generation company! First of all you make an appointment through this company and they have different providers that perform the service. I was scheduled with Sam. He was 2 hours late. I had to call the service to ask where he was. they were short and rude with me. He called to respond to my complaint. After I had spoke with him and he gave me this song and dance that he could be at my home promptly and that who knows with covid if I could get on the schedule again.

Here is my issue. in bullet points * no rubber bumpers to protect the corners of my walls * took my carpets 2 days to dry with fans running (just dumped tons of water on it with him directing his worker who obviously didn't know what he was doing) * tools/truck looked very old and not up to par * used the carpet tool to clean my sofa ( I questioned this and he stated he forgot the upholstery tool) he had already spayed the chemical agent on so I felt I had no choice.

This was also soaked as well and took days to dry. * Broke a picture on the wall with his hose. I contacted this company multiple times to complain. Took multiple complaints to finally get a call. Nothing appeared clean. Save your money and time! Use someone more reputable and stands behind who they hire. He finally responded to me and refunded me 150$! I should have received a total refund!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE! The BBB will be notified about this as well. First you should know that this company has 2 names and if you call Arvada Cleaning Masters they're only a dispatch service. When the technician references them they call them "Greenclean" I was supposed to have my carpet cleaned on 9/11. I booked this the Wednesday prior.

I told the woman I booked with exactly what I needed done and expected. This included stain treatment. Carpet, rug, and upholstery. I was quoted and told the technician would call me to confirm the job Friday(cleaning on Saturday) I never received a call from the technician Friday and my cleaning was booked at 8am Saturday morning. 8am came and went.

They showed up an hour and a half late. (No one ever apologized for this) When reviewing what they were to do, I told them to do exactly what I had booked the cleaning for. When they were finished, which only took them about 20 minutes, my rug, carpet and upholstery looked worse than before they started. I called first thing Monday morning and the experience just got worse.

I was told a technician manager would call me. He did and proceeded to talk over me the entire time, yell and eventually he hung up on me. I think I was able to get one sentence in. He then called me back and said he would refund half of what I paid and have it to me by the end of the day. A week passed and I didn't recieve any refund. So I called back that Monday after and spoke with the same technician manager who proceeded to yell at me again call me a liar, reference a completely different address and hang up on me.

I called Arvada Cleaning Masters and they blame him and promised to take notes and have the manager Veronica call me. I called twice a week or more for over a month and never got a call back. I just got off the phone with Veronica and she blamed me for the cleaning not being done correctly, said they couldn't do anything but once again have the same technician manager call me.

Also said it's been over a month (I've been trying to get a hold of the "Manager" for over a month)They all blame eacother, the customer, and point fingers but take no responsibility. They suck. BEWARE!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Appointment was between 10-12, they finally showed up at 3pm. I was quoted 215 and charged 325 because there was "one more room" and to add insult to injury, I have still not received the promised receipt. And yes, I checked my junk folder. Arvada Carpet Cleaning just finished cleaning our carpets, and they look great! They were able to get out black nail polish and also advised how to get out a candle wax stain that has been there since I moved in. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Definitely recommend!

So happy to have picked them for our annual cleaning. Tech was incredibly responsive, punctual, and overall such a professional. Our carpet looks better than new. Recommend.

We had a party in our apartment and the crowd was crazy; many spills happened and those having shoes on made it even worse. We needed professionals to help clean our carpet after that storm so we called Arvada Carpet Cleaning Masters. They made the cleaning look so easy and assured us that our carpet would look good again after they were done. I have to say their service was wonderful and the cost was even better.
