Technician does a fine job on carpet cleaning. He's polite and courteous and explains everything to you. I will ask for the same technician each time.

I was a little unsure if they would be able to completely remove all the pet stains from my carpet. They TOTALLY blew my mind when they were successfully removed. My carpets now look brand new and the deodorizer they used smells good too. When the time comes to have them done again I will definitely be calling them again and would recommend to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. Greg and Mike made a great team and were both very professional.

I was left feeling uncertain if my ducts had been properly cleaned after observing noticeable debris when I removed the register covers. My curtains were ruined and the company failed to respond to my email when pictures of the damaged curtains and mess from the equipment were shared. Overall, this company is terribly unprofessional. The first person I spoke to on the phone after describing my service alluded that the employee's performance was a problem, but then I was assured there were never issues by the manager. Staffing matters should not be the customers concern, the company owes it the customer to provide great service and take accountability when needed. Instead they projected their drama back at me. Book somewhere more reputable - this company is not worth the risk.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality On april 22 2021,w as cut off by a driver in truck 28 doing 65 in a 40, when pulling up and asking why i was cut off the response was "that's how i drive". Dispatch didnt seem to concerned about the issue. Over all a terrible company.

I recently used Sams carpet cleaning after trying another company. Sams did a way better job! I've used them in the past but thought I would try using someone else and that was a mistake. I will be sticking with Sams from now on. The technician Edward was fantastic! Very professional and really did a great job and went above and beyond. He moved furniture that I didn't think they were going to like the heavy treadmill and put everything on styrofoam blocks. I was really impressed with the job they did and wanted the owners to know that Edward made the company shine!

The carpet in our house is 17 years old. For the last couple of years, my husband and I have been considering new carpet because ours was looking so dirty and matted down. This morning, the Sams team came in to clean it, and I am absolutely blown away by the results. THE CARPET LOOKS BRAND NEW! I expected it to look clean when the job was done, but I am amazed at just how clean, fresh and NEW the carpet looks.

Keep in mind - we had vacuumed with our Dyson before the team arrived, but the amount of extra debris, dirt and dog hair that Sams' equipment was able to pull out of the carpet was amazing. The team was very friendly, explained everything they were doing, and answered all of my questions. I had one small stain they were unable to remove (I have no idea what the source of the stain was), but they lightened it up substantially and explained why it wasn't completely removable, which was very understandable.

They also cleaned my upholstered couches, which now look fantastic. I cannot recommend Sams enough. I'm going to have them come back to clean my tile & grout soon. If you need your carpet cleaned, call Sams!
