From the initial phone call with Tayler to meeting Scott and his team of John and Gabe I was very impressed. Tayler gave me multiple pricing schemes for the type of work I wanted done on my house....window cleaning and exterior house cleaning. When Scott arrived with his team they were very professional and Scott listened to my concerns about areas that initially prompted my call to Wall 2 Wall.

He made sure that I was satisfied with the work they performed each step of the way. I had never used a window cleaning service in my life. I always did the windows myself but my new home had atrium windows that I could not get too. I was surprised at how quick they were able to clean the windows! I really didn't think my exterior part of the house was that dirty but after they were finished, everything looked much brighter and clean. I would definitely recommend Wall 2 Wall.

Excellent job! I had planned to this myself but broke my leg a few months ago. My house was a mess, and the windows were very dirty. James did not complain and my windows look great! I am planning on using them for other jobs based on what they did.definitely referring.

Cody arrived a little early, alerted me that he was ready to start and reviewed the plan of action to clean the outside of the gutters and the house's siding and garage doors. After cleaning the gutters and siding, Cody made sure to rinse not only those surfaces but also the exterior windows to removed any residuals from the cleaning. Cody then walked around the house's exterior with me to ensure that I saw the good job that he had done. I would definitely use Wall 2 Wall the next time I need cleaning services.

I came home today and not only was my whole house cleaned, but Tami and Ashley had vacuumed the pet hair off my couches! Normally I run a roller brush over the couches before the ladies get here sothat when I come home, my couches aren't furry and the rest of the houselooks great. I didn't have time this morning to do it and was SO SURPRISED when I came home to non furry furniture. Yeah Tami and Ashley..you girls rock.

Wall to Wall is professional and their employees have all seemed educated and wanting to do a great job. I have been very happy with their services. My only issue is it is very difficult to speak to anyone at the company. While I appreciate all their communication via texting and emails, there are times when a customer needs to speak to a customer service representative.

I reapeatedly asked, via email, to not have a scheduled service on a particular day, I kept getting the response of, you don't need to be home for this service and your scheduled appointment is Saturday. I never could get them to change the date of service after 3 attempts at email communication. It wasn't a matter of me being home as they assumed, rather I was having a house full of guests. It would have been nice to not have the window washers there during that time. Other than that excellent work.

W2W cleans my father's home each month. They are more thorough than my lazy self would be, lol. Everything is fresh and sparkling and smells great when they leave. Plus the workers are always cheerful and friendly. We plan to use them to clean my son's new house as soon as he closes on it. Would recommend!

Our house really looks great after our deep cleaning service with Kylee (I believe that was her name). She really took her time was super sweet and professional. She showed up right on time and told us what to expect. Thank you so much!
