I have used this company in the past and the last time was May 2014. I came home to find they had used a cleaner on my self cleaning oven that ran down my wooden cabinets and all over my hardwood floor. The day before my party. It stripped the floor and bleached out the cabinet. After a month or two my husband contacted the company to pay our bill since we had not received anything from them.
He was told someone would call him back. 2 weeks ago we get a bill, 10 months later, with an additional fee of $35.00 for not paying our bill and a note that they had been e-mailing us! Not sure who they are e-mailing but it is not us! My husband has gone by there and called sometimes twice a day and still can not talk to anyone. I figured that they hadn't billed us because of the damage they did. This is The Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.
