In order to protect the quality of your oriental rugs, we will start by removing the dry soil. Due to their design it is easier for soil to be hidden in them than you might realize. Since we want to be able to remove all of the stains and debris from the oriental rugs, we will pre-treat them.

Had to get the carpet of the rental home we had moved in to cleaned. Rental management refused to get it done, claiming they had already had it "professionally cleaned." The room had a musty odor and several large brown stains. Marc arranged to have his team clean it the next day and was very helpful in explaining what all could have caused it. Fidel was courteous and professional and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Fidel was GREAT! Did such an awesome job cleaning our carpets and area rugs. Made them look brand-new and that's even with our two large dogs putting a lot of wear and tear on them (including some accident stains). Very reasonable prices, on time, and great customer service. 10/10 would recommend to family, friends, and anyone in need of carpet cleaning!

It is clear that this company truly cares about their customer service. I was slightly disappointed and they called me within a couple hours after my appointment to really figure out what happened and how they could help. Many companies nowadays do not care about customers to this extent, but Best Carpet Cleaning Experts do. They want it done, and they want it done right! I was impressed by their professionalism, respectfulness, and responsiveness. We need more companies like this one. Highly recommend them!

I called right before closing time on Saturday and Mark still took the time to talk with me about my upholstery cleaning needs. He scheduled me soonest available which worked perfect for this week. The technician, Fidel, was on-time, courteous, and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently to get my items cleaned with little disruption to my work day (I work from home). They will be my go-to for future upholstery cleaning. I've already referred them to another person and hopefully this review helps you choose them as well.
