Since the inception of Action Carpet Care, I have strived to be someone you can rely upon to come into your home and take care of all your carpet and upholstery needs. Every job is unique to me. I evaluate the customer's carpet or upholstery style of construction and fiber content, as well as type and amount of soiling, to determine what products and tools I will use on each job. Upon inspection with the homeowner, I am able to give them a realistic expectation of what kind of results they can expect and the exact charge for the work. Every day is different and challenging. I enjoy the satisfaction of a hard day's work and a job well done.

My business was established in 1980. At that time, truck-mounted machines were relatively new to the carpet cleaning industry. I saw this as an exciting opportunity, as they could do a far superior job than the previous portable or dry cleaning methods of cleaning. Staying abreast of new technology and equipment as well as partaking in continuing education has always been of primary importance to me, so I can produce the best possible results.
