Monster Steamer

I called Monster Steamer based on Yelp reviews. Ludo and Joe (?) did a great job, were on time (actually came EARLY, but called ahead) finished very quickly and all for a very reasonable price. I have used the same carpet cleaner for years, but now I'm changing to Monster steamer.

Ludo is the best! The years-old carpet looks great after Monster Steamer made them look brand new. He even came back to touch up a pet stain that needed an extra scrub on a separate day! I highly recommend.

First time I used Monster. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to schedule an appointment! at the appointment Matthew was professional, courteous and explained the options that were available to me. i was very happy with the finished product.

I had a great experience with Monster Steamer on both occasions and plan to continuing working with them. They offer military discounts and return customer discounts as well. They can access condos or apartments that do not have access to a water spigot for they equipment (at a cost). They also offer ventilation and furnace cleaning which is good practice as a homeowner.

Quality work to which they care about - there was a coffee stain on the carpet that didn't come out on their first attempt and after speaking with them they came right back and corrected it for free! Highly recommended.

We used Monster Steamer to clean some very dirty outdoor patio cushions and lounge chairs. David worked very hard and did a great job. Restored them and we are very happy with their work.

Would be nice if you answered your phone and returned messages. Not good customer service. I called the 619-201-9480 number.

Needed a quick dryer vent cleaning for my new tenant. He answered the phone quickly, set up something next day, great price, called me to tell me whats going on.really great service. I'm using him for all my rentals and my own house.highly recomment.

I don't even know where to start! I made an error while booking and not only did the office reach out to me, but the technician Justin did as well! For someone to reach out to a customer at 830 at night, during his time off, to make sure that everything was ok with the customer was above and beyond. Then he showed up and was such a pleasant guy with a easy going demeanor.

Didn't look frustrated at all that he had to lug 3 large rugs outside on his own. He did great work quickly and when he asked if everything looked ok, I saw some weird spots and he took the time to educate on my on how carpet fibers lay and then brought out his equipment to run back over the spot to show that it really was clean, just weird fibers.

He did all this with acting like it was no big deal. I was so nervous for a eye roll or something but he was such so cool about it! So happy for the price and the customer service! You all will have definitely gained a loyal customer!

Matthew did a wonderful job. Our carpets were dirty and haven't been cleaned for a long time. Matthew cleaned our carpets almost three times so that we are satisfied with the result. I really appreciated Monster Steamer - they did a great job on a really old and stained carpet. Super easy to set up the appointment online (and pay for the service that way too).

The service is great, but it can be a little pricey if you live in a high rise apartment because you have to choose the portable option.

They went way and beyond cleaning my carpets. Excellent job! David will be my go to for any cleaning needs.

Had my tile cleaned at my townhouse and they did an amazing job. I had renters there for 2 years and to say the floors were dirt is an understatement. David texted me the day before my scheduled date to confirm appointment. Day of appointment he called to let me know that he was 30 minutes from arrival. Once he arrived he wore PPE for not only his face but his shoes as well which was nice.

After confirming measurements for rooms that needed the service he provided an up to date quote for the services and how much time it would take. David did a great job. So much so that several asked for his card while he was there packing up his van.

Matthew is very professional. He did a thorough inspection and recommended the right services for a cleaner carpet. He pointed out all the smallest details and made everything transparent as well. He was also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Jose was fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable on carpet matters. He had great tips on how to remove stains before they settle and other little tips to do here and there to help maintain my carpet between cleanings. Had david come out to clean my tile floors. Did an imaging job. Would 100% recommend and use him again. David was fast professional and does great work. Til went from brown stained gross to look at to better than new look in about 3 hours. Simply amazing, while here he handed out 2 business cards just from people seeing his work.

So far, so good! We had our carpets, a sofa, and an area rug cleaned, and they all came out great. Justin was positive and professional, and listened patiently while I asked a bunch of noob questions. He warned me about slime, which was the main reason I needed the rugs cleaned. It is an Enemy of the People, and will not come out 100%. As evidenced by my daughter's wool area rug which still has 2 visible spots left. Wool is a tough one.

The synthetic carpets in the bedrooms and the microfiber sofa look good so far. I liked that if I see any stains come back I can call for a do-over at no charge. There was a pleasant orangey smell when the service was complete. The drying time was about 6 hours, so keep that in mind when planning.

Justin showed up on time, was informative about what he was doing, and why, and was also very personable throughout the service. I trusted him immediately because of his demeanor. He said what he meant and meant for what he said. Excellent level of service. Awesome experience! I never thought I'd say that about getting my carpet cleaned.

They replied same day. Was able to book same week. Really enjoyed that they were able to give me updates of when they would arrive. 3 hour window during booking then day of given an exact hour of arrival which is great for people like me who hate waiting all day for someone since i can be more productive with my time. Justin Brown was the man who helped me. Answered all the questions I had.

They use citrus cleaners which leave the home with a faint orange smell. Justin took his time and even talked me through the process and was great at small talk (something I'm terrible at) which made it less uncomfortable for someone like me who doesn't know what to do when someone comes to my home and cleans. Definitely recommend, will use again.

I can't recommend Monster Steamer enough! The first time we used them was back in August of 2019, when they cleaned our (secondhand) microfiber sectional and living room rug. The price was right, and the service was efficient and professional. Fast forward to just a few days ago, I figured it was time for another refresh of our couch seeing as we've since had a baby (now messy toddler) and it was looking a little dingy.

When I called to schedule our service, I was pleased to be informed that the price they charged back in 2019 hadn't increased and would be the same, so I knew exactly what to expect. Justin Brown was our assigned technician and he contacted me on the day of our appointment to give me a more specific arrival time within the two-hour window I'd already been given, which allowed me the flexibility to run an errand before he arrived. Justin arrived right on time, assessed the job, asked if we had any questions before he started and insisted we feel free to ask any questions we might have along the way and got started.

Our couch wasn't in too bad of shape so he was finished in less than half an hour. Right away it looked and smelled better than I'd ever seen it before! No more reminders of newborn spit up or Crayon marker fingerprints. Justin took the time to make sure we were satisfied, asked if we had any questions and made sure we had his cell number in case of future questions.

The next time we use Monster Steamer I will definitely be requesting Justin specifically. Simply put, he's a top notch dude who takes pride in his job and goes the extra mile to ensure the customer's satisfaction. Five stars for Justin and five stars for Monster Steamer!

Did a great job! Super nice, fast, efficient. Showed up on time, walked us through options and expectations and two days later, our puppy-ravaged carpet is like new. Highly recommend.

First of all may I say, BIG SHOUTOUT TO JUSTIN BROWN! He was great, I had booked online the day before because we were in need of a last minute cleaning. Not only did he do a great job, he came early! And sent me picture of his work after. You can tell Justin takes pride in his work, I have his number so I might just be calling him personally because I don't know if I trust anyone else hahah I'm sure they all do a phenomenal job. Easy assessment and payment process. 10/10 recommend!

Made an appointment through their easy to use portal. Upon making appointment you could easily see what your estimated cost will be. Was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of initial attempt. Justin arrived promptly on time. Was very courteous. Wore shoe covers into my home. I was very impressed with Justin's knowledge about stain removals and carpet care.

He was honest about what he felt he could remove. However, he surprised us and was able to get out difficult stains. The carpets look amazing after the job was finished. Justin came back for a touch up 2 weeks later. There was no charge. Great company and Justin was awesome. Recommend them without any reservation.

Reasonably priced for the services rendered in a very professional way. Justin was on time, answered my question and pleasureable to work with. Justin came in today to clean our carpet and accent rugs. Very professional and informative, explained the process, expectations and price upfront. My kids room had maker stains and were though, but he left them much better than what i expected. Making the appointment and updating the appointment was quite simple as well.

Monster cleaned our carpet and a futon and they did a great job! David was professional, friendly, efficient, and thorough. The only difficulty we experienced is getting a hold of someone when scheduling (and esp. when we attempted to re-schedule) an appointment. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Justin came to our house this past Thursday and he was absolutely AMAZING! I have recommend this company already to multiple neighbors and family. The carpet looked beautiful when done and brand new again! Justin was professional and really had an attention to detail as well as used corner protectors around walls and stairs. The machines used were surprisingly not that load at all (I work from home) and the house smelled so good after (but not overpowering).

He did our stairs, three bedrooms, loft, mast closet and the landing. Basically our whole upstairs. Terrific job! Will totally use them again! Was super easy to book online and the are very easy to communicate with via text or phone.

Really this is a business? I felt like I was working with a friend! I own a rental unit and had a tenant for five years with 2 dogs. Thought the carpet was not salvageable. David at Monster Steamer was awesome! I hired cleaners to clean the unit and they took a bit longer than expected and David was so flexible and waited until the cleaners were done vacuuming the upstairs before cleaning the carpets. He was very polite, wore a mask the entire time and booties to not dirty up the place. Awesome service, David! Thank you.

Monster Steamer came by again (repeat customer). Happy with the tech, the job, everything. If you are sensitive to fragrances (just a tip) tell them up front so they can use "AllOut" fragrance free cleaner. They will work with you on products to use, so you're a happy customer. You need to bring it up, though; address your concerns up front. Also note, they do wool carpets, which is another plus. And area rugs.

I had this company clean a very expensive area rug, a sofa, a set of stairs, sewing room and bedroom carpeting. They did an amazing job! My carpet had a lot of old urine pet stains and they got them out. My area rug hasn't look this good since I bought it 3 years ago. They were on time, very COVID conscientious and professional. I will definitely hire them next time I need cleaning!

This is the second time I've used Monster Steamer, and once again they don't disappoint. Ludo and his team are very professional and they do amazing work. Ludo is the owner and I had the privilege of him personally cleaning my carpets in my home. He communicated to me when they were en route and they arrived on time and when they were finished he was able to answer some questions I had about my laminate flooring. Which I really appreciate. Absolutely amazed with the quality of work and the professional but personal work done. I've had 3 other companies clean my carpets but I've never been satisfied with the work that was done. Monster steamer is absolutely amazing and will continue to use Monster Steamer for all my carpet cleaning and future furniture cleaning.
