We even offer one-time house cleaning for those times when you want to treat yourself, you're moving, or before and after a special event. Mother-In-Law visiting? Don't worry, we have your back.
We take great care in ensuring the safety of your home, and all that resides inside. That's why we only hire new staff after a background check and we are insured and bonded. We are dedicated to being a cleaning service provider with a more professional approach and better customer service than you have ever experienced.
We know when you are paying for a service that you expect perfection every time. That is our goal as well, but there will be the occasion that a staff member makes a mistake and misses a shelf when dusting or a spot on the floor. We all make mistakes from time to time and that is why your feedback is so important. The team did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our home after moving out. Every corner of our home was perfectly cleaned and the manager even came to personally inspect the job. Reasonably priced as well! Everyone we spoke to in the office was very friendly, professional, and organized. Highly recommend Bit a Bliss to all!

I have used the Bit a Bliss teams monthly for a couple of years now. I have found the management responsive, and the teams are always friendly and skilled at what they do. I have found them to be flexible, and the house always feels so clean after they've left. I don't always get the same team each month, but they all come informed about the cleaning instructions for our house.

I started using this service when I was working full-time and in school full-time - they were a god send! Because they did so great while I was in school, I've continued their services even after I've graduated. They're great at keeping up with special requests/notes and my cats never seem too bothered by them. They keep a copy of my key so I don't have to be home when they come over - so nice to come home to a clean apartment!
Some of my "special requests" are to not put my trash outside (we have valet in my complex, but it can only be out during a certain timeframe) - to leave closet doors open for my cats so the sneaky little suckers don't get locked in - to make my bed from sheets in the dryer (which they'll also put the sheets from the washer to the dryer to then make the bed before they leave - so amazing!) They also leave cute notes occasionally and a lot of times it's something silly about one of my cats! Great cleaning crew with an extra special human touch! :)

I've used Bit A Bliss for several years now and they are always on time and do a good job! The crews follow the Covid rules, which is a concern for everyone right now. I like how they show up in masks and ask if you have any Covid-related concerns. The crews are super friendly and are respectful of our work-at-home situation too. If there's ever an issue, it's immediately handled by the staff who are extremely responsive. The management team will do occasional "spot checks" as well. Besides being a client myself, I recommend Bit A Bliss to my clients. I know they will be in great hands!

Wow! We just had our first deep clean and my house looked so good I almost cried when I got home. I could spend all day cleaning and still not have it turn out as well. I can tell a lot of care went into cleaning our home. They even vacuumed our dog's bed! I appreciated the check list left on the counter itemizing everything they completed. The communication has been top notch with Bit A Bliss.
I researched quite a few companies in the North Dallas area and Scarlette was the first to respond. On top of that, her company ended up having the best pricing as well. We have now signed up for biweekly cleaning based on the amazing service we have received so far. I can't wait to come home to a spotless house more often!

We used A Bit of Bliss for a deep cleaning. They did a great job cleaning our house! Our biggest concern was our dogs being in the way. Our doggie daycare didn't work out at the last minute so my husband came home to make sure the dogs were outside when the workers came. Turns out, he was late and the ladies took care of the dogs perfectly. They let them outside and said the dogs were not a problem at all.
That was a huge relief! They left a checklist of everything they did and they went above and beyond what I had expected. We will definitely use them again! Also, Jennifer was great to work with. She responded to emails quickly and was very helpful.

I used Bit A Bliss for both a move in to my new home and a move out service from my old home. They did an outstanding job! They even pointed out little things that I didn't even notice (gum that they tried to remove from the carpet in one room). Beyond thorough! It's such a great feeling not having to worry about "cleaning" everything when you're moving.
And a HUGE shout out to Jennifer. She not only followed up with texts and phone calls, but was so pleasant to work with. I had to change a couple of dates and she was so helpful and flexible. Recently I used their services and this is my first time using a cleaning service. I relied on yelp reviews and surely I was very satisfied with their service. They did an amazing job and the place was spotless. A team of 3 women finished the job in under 2 hours. Special mention to Jennifer who is a thorough professional and a friendly person. From the time she replied with a quote to the day she checked in with me regarding the services rendered, she is a delight to work with. Will definitely use their services in future.

I hired Bit a Bliss to do a move out clean, and I was frankly embarrassed by the state of my house after all the furniture was gone--my cats shed profusely, and it had been years since I'd had a professional cleaning. It showed! The team didn't seem overwhelmed at all and made me feel better, which I so valued during the stress of the move.
There was a team of two, and the first arrived while I was still madly packing. She graciously asked where she could start to stay out of my way and got right to work. I felt good leaving my house in her care. I went back to the house a few days later to get things out of the garage, and I was stunned by the cleanliness of the house. I honestly don't think it was that clean when we moved in! These ladies did an extraordinary job, and when we move back, I will certainly hire them again.

So happy that I found a reliable and personable cleaning service. Jennifer is a pleasure to work with and has been so extremely helpful over the past few months. She sends out service reminders and her crew always shows up when they're scheduled and my place looks beautiful when they leave. I have a 70lb hound dog who's always home when the Bit of Bliss crew show up to do their thing and there are no problems whatsoever. I went through several services and am so glad that I found Bit of Bliss. My search is over and they have a client for life (or as long as I live in the DFW area).
