The employee is passed over 20 years of experience, philosophy, and the actions necessary to make him/her a successful lasting member of our family. Honesty is just one of our pillars of our philosophy, combined with day to day practice, and attention to details, make the best ingredients to deliver the most outstanding results to our customers. After the 1 full month of training with Maria, the employee is gradually brought into getting hands on experience with the aid of a supervisor who stands shoulder to shoulder. Finally, the employee is gradually taken from simple to complex tasks in the course of 1 full month.
