Glenn and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional and reliable. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they showed up on time. My wife and I had them out to clean all our carpets and the tile floor in all three bathrooms. The bathrooms came out fabulous, but the carpets had issues in the high traffic areas of our living room and dining room. Texted Glenn and he asked me to send him pictures which I did. He and his assistant came out and they dry shampooed the high traffic areas and spots which look better. My suggestion that they pretreat the high traffic areas and then do them last. They are very polite with a good sense of humor.

For first time I took their service for carpet Chem-Dry. Their charge is very reasonable. Reported in time as per schedule. Their work is great. I asked Mr. Glenn if he can help me to remove the cigarette smell from the carperts. He explained very clearly what he can do and what I can expect. I was happy to see his honesty. He not only explain the advantages, he also let clients know the disadvantages. Next time I will directly contact him for any such job.

There is NO SUBSTITUTE for the chemdry Pet Urine Removal Treatment. With the amount of dog pee we're talking about, we needed a miracle and that's what we got with Glenn Rosenbower. We tried another company first, and instead of removing the smell they just kind of spread it around so that the whole carpet reeked. We bought a UV light, and when saw the extent of the dog pee, it seemed totally hopeless.
The entire wall to wall carpet GLOWED with pee. We have two rescued dogs with PTSD who we thought we're making progress. They're small but they pee more than any other dogs I've ever met. Anyway, DON'T EVEN THINK about using another company. Just do it right the first time. The perfectly clean carpet smells great! Glenn even took care of the carpeted doggy steps. He was punctual, professional, and took on the case because he likes a challenge, Thank God!

Glenn was great! Super friendly and fast. He also gave us a few options so we went higher stain remover and sanitizer as we were just moving in. Only downside is that I wished we'd discussed the stains that didn't come out and potential treatments while he was here on site. He also wears shoes while doing the cleaning but no I'll effects noted.

Great carpet cleaning service! The guy who came was very knowledgeable of all the carpet services and very efficient. He was even sweet to my crazy puppy! Took care of any pet stained spots. There is zero odor during the process of the carpet solutions, safe for people and pets. I got the cleaning and sanitizing service covering some pet areas. No pet odors remained. It dried pretty quickly, within a few hours. I would use them again and definitely recommend to others. Thanks again for the great service!
